We had a great dining experience at Fuji at Assembly. The food was good—we started off with an appetizer, and for our main course, we got udon and fried rice. The fried rice, in particular, was especially tasty. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a night out, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the area.

I work in the area and loved ordering food from here and recommending this business, but there is never any consistency. Whenever I place an order for one thing I’ve had before, a different host/hostess will say it’s not possible to order that; even though I’ve ordered it previously. I just want fried rice instead of plain, without having to say $18 more for it.
