Food is very good! I got salmon entree. Got lots of salmon...salad and soup before meal was a bit small though the amount of salmon you got overshadowed it!

Love, Love, Love this place!! Staff is great and food is delicious! We have been dining here weekly for over 7 years! Even during COVID when they were only doing take-out!! Food is always fresh and consistent!! We always ask to sit in Brian's section! He is the best and is also very friendly and remembers our order so we don't even have to tell him what we want to eat/drink! We look forward to our Saturday nights with our FUJI family!

We had a great dining experience at Fuji at Assembly. The food was good—we started off with an appetizer, and for our main course, we got udon and fried rice. The fried rice, in particular, was especially tasty. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a night out, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the area.

Whenever I place an order for one thing I’ve had before, a different host/hostess will say it’s not possible to order that; even though I’ve ordered it previously. I just want fried rice instead of plain, without having to say $18 more for it.
