Had the best experience here today. The host Veronica was wonderful and very welcoming. Our server Nicole was a sweetheart. She was very attentive and we had the best service with her. Finally, Terri who I believe is the manager was extremely kind and filled up our water as soon as we finished it as we told her we were fasting and very thirsty so she did not hesitate to fill up our water and she came in a few times asking us if we needed anything and if everything was good. Overall, amazing experience , we are definitely coming back. Staff is wonderful 10/10 recommend this place

We are regulars here for a reason! Do yourself a favor and order the Tastee, dynamite, Frankenstein and secret to success rolls. We get them every time! Bryan is worth requesting as your waiter. He's so nice and personable without being intrusive. He's the best!

Pretty pricey even for sushi despite that fact that the fish wasn't very remarkable. The presentation is pretty over the top, so I imagine people might like it if they want a chic, modern date night.

We've had a wonderful experience at every visit to Fuji at Assembly! The entire staff is great, but Brian is truly fantastic. He makes everyone feel welcome and does an amazing job of helping manage our long list of food allergies!
Food is fresh and from premium ingredients. Service is great, approachable and unobtrusive. However, price premium is more than what I expect for the food and service.

Just back from traveling no food in the house so ordered delivery from Fuji tonight for 1st time. I ordered the chicken letttuce wrap and stir fried chicken Udon. Both tasted fresh , have to say the lettuce wrap was really good, I had udon noodles before but Fuji tasted much better.

I’ve been to Fuji multiple times with my family. There are a few times where we had to ask our table moved because of the bathroom smell. The table assignment also involves favoritism. I’m not going back to this place.

Very disappointed with the food tonight, as we’ve been going to Fuji (a few of the locations) for a couple years now and always have a great experience. We both ordered the ribeye teriyaki medium rare. One of the meals was cooked great and the other was closer to well done and without a sear. We requested a new plate and it was cooked the same way. We ended up not eating much of the plate and we were charged full price.
