Love, Love, Love the boba here! Best customer service in the world! The atmosphere is perfect for studying, and its right by Tufts campus! I highly suggest the passion green tea or the brown sugar creme brulee! They actually brulee the top!!!

Very disappointing experience. Had two pearl milk teas delivered via ubereats. The service was great when I called to change one of them to non-dairy option. However, when we received the order, it was unbearable to drink. Both of them was ordered with 70% sugar level. One tasted like there was no sugar at all and the other tasted like 120% sugar level. The pearls felt soggy as if they were in soaked in water for too long. Took one sip, and I was in disbelief, so took another sip just to throw it away. Disgusting experience for $17 worth of products.

Was looking at signs on the counter where they advertised sparkling drinks and the worker came and snatched them away without saying anything. I understand maybe not having the item anymore but maybe say something? We have mouthes, we can be adults and speak. Vibes were definitely, “I hate my job.” Which I also understand, but also that’s not my fault!

I ordered 50 bubble teas for an event and they were so accommodating, polite, and respectful throughout the entire process. I was shocked how fast everyone drank the tea! It was a pleasure to work with the owner, and the staff in the store are always lovely. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!
