We got a small matcha and black razz Oreo reeses. Considering it was a small for 2 scoops, it was smaller than what I was expecting. The black razz was had a hint of berry which I really liked. It complimented the oreo well. As for the Reese's, it came in chunks or reeses pieces. The matcha on the other hand was light and creamy one, I think it went well with the tart berry flavor!!! They also give free sugar and wafer cones for free. Would definitely come back again!!

I love Gracie's. It's a frikken institution. Their ice cream corners the market for quality specialty ice cream that isn't too sweet and IS perfectly creamy. Cause it's made with cream. Creamy cream of deliciousness. I think what seals the deal for me is that they have all these wonderful signs in their store--makes me feel right at home. Enjoy this picture of me enjoying my favorite Gracie's flavor in the comfort of my own home‼

Don't know what is up with the negative reviews that are about inclusive signage or something you didn't eat. I've been coming to Gracie's for several years when I want something I know will be great for home, and in the last year they have surpassed Toscanini's for me by a mile. While the gelato heavy-weight has gotten sweeter over the years I think Gracie's has perfected less sweet ice cream. They remind me of Somerville as I remember it before the green line expansion was announced, the new apartments went up, and rents doubled in a year. Pint prices are great, and I don't think I've enjoyed an ice cream more than "Gracie's First Flavor." It's a problem for me now that they're on the other side of town from me xD

Picked up this pint in the hotel lobby freezer and omg...it was absolutely incredible! This cornbread flavor was the perfect balance of salty and sweet and I could not stop eating it! They had so many flavors too, I wish I could try them all!

One of my favorite local ice cream shop with fun and creative flavors. For years, Gracie’s, along with its sister shop Christina’s, has been my go-to spots for ice cream in Somerville. Known for its imaginative and frequently rotating flavors, Gracie's offers a unique experience that stands out from other local ice cream shops. My personal favorites include unique flavors like Honey Corn Bread and Carrot Cake. The Honey Corn Bread, in particular, is perhaps my all-time favorite. It really captures the essence of the actual corn bread in a creamy, frozen form. While I do agree with some of my friends saying that the texture of Gracie’s Ice cream isn’t the best, it still has a solid firmness with just the right level of creaminess. They also offer ice cream pies with Oreo crusts, a decadent option if you’re looking for something different. However, these are stored in low-temp freezers, which slightly affects their texture compared to the regular ice creams.Nevertheless, if you’re looking for an ice cream shop with whimsical flavors after a meal near Union Square, I recommend giving them a try.

What separates Gracie's from other ice cream brands is it's unique texture. It's super light and almost fluffy. I do find their pints to be wildly inconsistent. For example a Broreo pint might be chock full of Oreo pieces and the next night have next to none. Literally just a pint of black raspberry and no Oreos. A holiday pint that has candy canes in it has pieces 1.5" long. Their mix ins are just odd and kind of lazy. Nothing's made in house.

Really enjoyed the Pandan and Black Raz Chip flavors! Loved how the sugar cone is free to add onto scoops

Ice cream was top notch and the price is literally unbeatable!

I'm kinda surprised that a place that prides itself on being inclusive doesn't regularly offer vegan/dairy free options. Most ice cream places these days offer options for people with food restrictions so everyone can enjoy.

Meh. It's not super flavorful and it reminds me of a milky custard. Maybe that's a MA thing as I was not a fan of Toscanini ice cream either. If you like bland-flavored ice cream, you'll probably like it.

I found it to be a little odd. I don't know if they got in trouble for something before but they seem very over-the-top about equality politics . Have you ever met somebody, when you first meet them they overly tell you how honest they are? Kind of tells you they're not.

Rude staff. Ignored us standing at the counter for a good two minutes before I said something and they took our order. Store was a dirty mess, it felt unsanitary and the staff was blaring loud death metal. I asked for a plastic spoon (you know, a regular ice cream spoon?) and was given lip to the tune of "plastic spoons arent good for the environment." The whole customer experience felt like a slap in the face.
