I ordered, goat biryani, aalo paratha and chicken samosa. Everything was good, perfect seasoning, not bland but also not spicy. The food was in large portions compared to other restaurants which was nice to have.Parking: A few paid street parking spots in front of the restaurant.

I ordered catering for a work event, and they were extremely efficient, polite, and confirmed and checked everything. Everything was perfect and exactly what I ordered and they were here at exactly the time I specified. From one administrative assistant to another, I highly HIGHLY recommend working with this caterer!!!!

If you cannot deliver a dish with the bare minimum, properly cooked rice then I can’t even…..comprehend how this can be an Indian food establishment.

All I tasted was onion, literally nothing but onion. Potato bread? Onion. Tikka masala? Also onion only. It overpowered everything.

They do know how to put together curries though lacking in rich flavor that you associate with the Indian food, but what they definitely do not know is how to make naans, rotis, or paranthas. The rotis I got was soggy and uncooked. The aloo paranthas were nothing but a think stack of 3 layers (dough, potato, and dough again), with no taste at all.

Great experience with the takeout. I was recommended this by a friend who used to live in boston 10 years ago, and lives up to the hype! Reasonable prices, fast service. Gluten free items are well marked. Looking forward to more takeout!

I ordered a chicken biryani around 12:30 pm. Chicken biryani was so dried and felt like made a couple days ago. After eating that biryani I got diarrhea and went to bathroom all day. This is my first giving review to any restaurant. The worse food that I have ever had in my life. I wouldn’t recommend to get food from this restaurant.

These guys always park in the disabled space at restaurant depot. Mediocre food. Bad citizens.

I got their food at Melrose Farmer's Market. It was really good. The meat was fresh and not rubbery at all. I would definitely be back to try other dishes.

Had guru at the Boston Public Library farmers market. I know food prices are getting higher, but I feel like for just a few dollars more, you can gorge at a buffet somewhere. The pakora looked phenomenal but cannot be chosen as a side, which is disappointing. They definitely save money by using tripartite containers and loading basmati rice onto the biggest section. I would definitely consider using them for catering but I also know that Indian grub isn't for everyone. The Farmer's market is in a great spot. You can just eat at the sidewall of the BPS and talk to people. It's a good experience on a nice day and even more so if you're from out of town. As an aside, I don't know why the only two hot food offerings are Indian at the farmer's market. The samosas at the other joint looked like a must try. That review for that one will be coming soon. Sorry I don't have any photos.

The food is great. I'll say that off the bat. However, this place is a small hole in the wall, and has the look of it too. So if you're the kind of person who is put off by a less than professional looking restaurant, don't go here (or at least get takeout).

We got chicken tikka masala and it was pretty much soup. Was disappointed in the quality of the food. Order was also lacking requested utensils.
