The reviews had me a little nervous lol I was ready to ask my Haitian husband order my food but I went in and ordered with no problem. No one was rude or made me feel like I wasn’t pronouncing anything incorrectly. Food was fresh and delicious. I’ve had food from here previously but this was my first time going in and ordering on my own.

The food there is good. However the 3 stars is for the young man at the counter who is beyond rude! Here is the length of the man's mouth on a customer, and he poked her rear. You are working in Customer service, young lady. The biggest part of your job is receiving and managing customers. They will not pay you to cheat on customers.

I hope this place stays open. One of the few Caribbean places left that we have around the area. Great food reasonable prices. Came here again today for some djon djon and griot. Didn't disappoint.

Food is good but customer service is VERY poor! old lady called me stupid because SHE COULD'NT HEAR ME on the phone, if you are American they tend to be VERY rude even in person!! idk what makes them feel like they can come to America and treat people who doesn't speak their language poorly.... We spend our money and that's a more than enough reason to respect US!! I can not stand places that does such things!!!

As a haitian myself, i really don’t think we were meant to to do business. And that affirmation keeps renewing itself every time I go to a haitian business or ordering from one. The food taste is mid, I ordered rice and bean and they sent me Rice and black bean sauce. How you change something in a customer’s order without calling them asking if you can substitute?? I’ve never been a sòs pwa nwa fan and white rice is the easiest thing to cook, i could’ve made that myself if I needed to, that’s why I ordered rice and bean.Thank you for this bad experience, next time i’ll stick to dlo sikre ak pen or a chinese restaurant.

I placed an order though toast for delivery. For some reason it end it up a pick up order. I called to cancell they say I have to do it through toast. I call toast they say the restaurant has to inniciate the refund. I called 3 way and no solution. The toast customer service hang up on me.

We were 4 (including a toddler). I entered the restaurant at 3:33 pm and now it is 3:35. We left RIGHT AWAY. The restaurant stinks! Ain't no way I'm gonna order food in a nasty place. Zero bare! Respekte figu kliyan nou yo. Nou pa ka ap sèvi moun yon kote santi konsa.

i've gotten delivery from this place a couple of times before, but never actually went in to pick up an order and my last visit there was probably going to be the last time. It was very chaotic and took very long time to get the food (I ordered online ahead of time and waited in line for 45 minutes to be attended to). And even though the food was seasoned well, I ordered the creole shrimp, and the shrimp didn't taste fresh at all, unfortunately. My boyfriend ordered the creole chicken which was a little dry but still tasty. It's just one of those experiences that I don't think I would want to experience again anytime soon.
