Highland Pizza & Tandoor

I have no idea how this place gets a 4 star review. It is absolutely FILTHY and the building is in shambles; they've had a shattered glass door for 2 years and don't bother repairing it. Before they changed hands, their subs were OK, but now they're inedible. I last ordered a tuna sub and to this day, have no idea what I was eating.

They have amazing food and all of it tastes good, the interior building it's self is in bad shape, they should put more decoration and clean around the iner place.

Amazing pizza! I’ve been here twice and was never disappointed. It is Halal and Clean! One of the best restaurants out here. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Googled Highlands Pizza this afternoon. and mistakenly ordered a small cheese from the wrong location. When I called to let Highlands Somerville know the mistake I was treated awful, yelled at and even told to drive from Braintree and pick up the pizza, what? Awful

We were searching halal restaurants and we found this me and my family were excited to try their food we ordered chicken buffalo pizza which is why I give them 2 star because it was really good but on the other side we were also excited to try their tandoor menu so we ordered beef Nehari and Naan, ok!!! beef nehari was so tasteless, cold, no curry in it dry meat also it have such a bad smell in it that we threw it immediately after taking one bite is this how Nehari is cooked!! Naan was good but overall I think they’ve good pizza’s and sub’s but they don’t have any taste when it comes to tandoor menu

Good food at great prices. Only place in Boston where I can get a real cheeseburger for under $6. Friendly staff too

Halal place with r. Good pizza and burgers especially shish kabob pizza and spicy chicken burger which are my personal favourites.Alot of variety and everything on the menu is decently good.Good price and good quantity!

Just tried to order food and who ever answered the phone couldn’t speak English and he told me sorry I don’t understand so you can’t order ! I rather eat crow then ever calling to place an order all set! Worse customer service ever l!

I usually do not go google to write a good compliment but I really wanted anyone know this place in 22 Highland Ave. Somerville.I was looking for a Halal restaurant near Somerville with my wife and this one came to our attention to try. We have experienced the most delicious Chicken Tikka and chicken biryani in this place. We also like the people in here because they were very friendly, if you feel hungry you will find wide variety of food such as pizza and subs and also delicious Pakistani cousins food. Prices are also very reasonable. This is not and actually a review for advertising the business but I just wanted to share my experience the food taste. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND...

Amazing desi food if u like good desi Lahore style food this is the place in Boston sajid bhai is great naans were amazing fresh channey is strongly recommend as well as karai desi chai is A Class must must try hidden gem stop by while passing thru but will come back to it

Best halal food (desi + videsi) in town! Unlike most Pakistani restaurants in town, the owners are super nice. The food reminds us of home-made food and warmth from back home every single time! Although not available on the menu, Uncle’s shaami kababs (from his mom’s recipe) are worth dying for!

This place is the best and it has a lot of options available from quick bite to full on meal. The chicken biryani and tandoori chicken was the best and of course pizza is amazing as well. Very filling and definitely worth the money.

Place is good for halal food. Need more improvement with service. Need more seating chairs for dine in.
