Goat (Taas set) was orders of magnitude better than any goat I've ever had. Goat is normally hard, dry, small bits of meat on lots of bone. This was large, juicy, beautiful, marinated-overnight pieces of meat with just a little bone. I stumbled upon Himalayan Kitchen coming back from a show at the Jungle close to closing, and one of the owners was welcoming, kind, and energetic. He gave us a table, a show (his great juggling), and a wonderful experience. The food was impeccable, hot, and plentiful.
