After more than 20 years, going here still makes me smile. The area has a lot of great ice cream, so it's hard to say who's the best, but JP Licks' rotation of unusual monthly flavors makes them worth coming back to. Their ice cream cake is good, too

I went around 11:30 pm on Friday and sampled two flavors. The first sample was fine, but the second was given to me with a very long piece of red hair attached to it... It was visible before it even reached my hands. I mentioned this and handed it back, but I was a little disturbed by how casually they moved on without really acknowledging how gross that was or apologizing (maybe aside from a quiet sorry). I noticed at least one of the workers at the time whose hair looked like the one that had been in the Coffee flavor, and unfortunately, saw that their hair was partially covered by a bandana, but most of it was freely out.
I enjoyed what I ended up getting, which was not the flavor I had sampled, but maybe ponytails and hairnets should be mandatory?

The ice cream is delicious. My parent grabbed a sundae and loved it. I got a waffle cone. It was sturdy enough it didn't break apart in my hand as I nommed the delicious cookies and cream 2 scoops, but was still delicious. Do recommend.

Very nice place. They have an amazing choice of ice cream and other desserts! The people are always ready to answer you questions and help you choose the best dessert for you. Their affogato is amazing!
I found their hot fudge sundae delicious, I felt the amount was more then generous as well as add ons, first time I've gotten it, will go again

I love the ice cream, but portions size to price isn't the best out there. Indoor seating isn't great but there's plenty outdoors in the area if the weather is nice enough. Staff have always been friendly. Personally, I wish they'd have more frozen yogurt options or rotations, but probably because I go way too much and the same flavours get old after a while XD

i asked the guy to wash the scoop for my ice cream bc i have a peanut allergy and instead he gave me a cone of peanut butter ice cream. theyre lucky my peanut senses are impeccable and sensed it before i ate. LOL. not funny but funny.
