i asked the guy to wash the scoop for my ice cream bc i have a peanut allergy and instead he gave me a cone of peanut butter ice cream. theyre lucky my peanut senses are impeccable and sensed it before i ate. LOL. not funny but funny.

I love this place and its ice cream. I make my own and have high standards that a lot of ice cream places don't meet. Way too much sugar which frozen treats don't need because cold tastes sweeter. Unfortunately they have someone obsessed with cookies and cream and cinnamon. The Spicy Pineapple ice cream would of been great if it wasn't ruined by cinnamon. I actually like cinnamon. I just think it should be used like scent. Sparingly. You can barely taste the pineapple because cinnamon is a strong flavor that covers other flavors. Pineapple can carry it self. And does there really need to be more than two cookies and cream flavors a month. That is so lazy and boring. And the items on GrubHub should have a full description of the flavor. I would not have wasted my money multiple times on ice creams ruined by cinnamon. And I get I can look it up on the website. Am I really suppose to do research before I order ice cream?

Coffee cookies and cream & cookie dough flavor - on a cone of course. Flavors are vast and some rotate ! Very interested in the soft serve but there’s much else to try. Store had great energy and vibes. RPMs were up. Very social workers
Just bought a frozen hard yogurt on a small cone for like 7 dollars. Walked out of store and was very gentle eating it. One lick and the entire ball of ice cream fell off of the cone and onto a very dirty sidewalk. I maybe got 3 small bites before it was over. Clearly the cake cone and ice cream combo is not working as stability not there. Should have gone with a cup, but they should also not sell it in a way that is so easily ruined. Feeling sad.

Pretty good ice cream. The pistachio is superb, with real pistachio chunks and a nice flavor. Some of the other flavors are a bit more generic though good.
Its a little expensive but to be expected for a davis square ice cream shop. Staff are efficient at getting the line moving. Its in a nice location to sit and eat outside.
