I asked for Coquito ice cream, but the girl behind the counter thought I said “Cookie Dough” because she had earbuds in. Not a big deal, but the bathroom was. The bathroom was also the dirtiest, worst smelling bathroom I had ever been in - I literally gagged when I walked in. So gross. Also, almost $8 for an ice cream cone?!

If they say they this is homemade ice cream I hope they are lying for their own sake because I would be embarrassed to say I made this ice cream. It's that BAD. So many stabilizers that the texture is spongy and the two scoops we tried lacked flavor. Better off running into any other store and buying an entire pint for less than the price of one of JP licks overpriced scoops. Never going back.

Believe young guy name was Benjamin he deserves a 5 stars ?. His service superb. The four stars ? was pumpkin ? iced muffin. Muffin was great but the icing was a bit to much and a lot of icing. I wouldn't have put that much on and I have a sweet tooth. A 1 star because the selection of food alike wasn't there the lemon loaf or spice cake slice would been nice and speciality sandwiches and croissants weren't there either. So I chose the pumpkin ? muffin to try a season product. The location is great, yes a but more of a variety would of been nice.

A small little JP licks in Somerville. Friendly staff with some seating inside. Honestly, we stopped by on a cold November night and it slapped? And it was really busy? Amazing. We thought we might be crazy for wanting ice cream on a cold November night, but it was actually always getting a continuous flow of people coming in and out as we sat and ate our ice cream there! Maybe ice cream is the move on cold days? Beats me but hey, ice cream is ice cream. It's the best. So that explains it. My one cup had 1 scoop of brownie batter + 1 scoop of Oreo with sprinkles, and it was $9 and something cents. I can't help but think I could buy an entire pint of ice cream from the supermarket for that much? Idk man. The prices are getting a tad high but it sure is good. Anywho, a great location, a popular location, and I'm not sure the parking situation, only because we walked from my friend's apartment so that's trouble as is.

It's always fun to go to JP Licks for a treat, after walking around Assembly Row for a bit we wound our way here. There was a line but it moved pretty quickly. They have ice cream, soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt both hard and soft serve. Was difficult for me to see the menu behind counter, but when I got closer I could read the hard yogurt flavors and made up my mind with a back up. My friend had X yogurt flavor which I guess is a base, soft serve, I had a tiny taste and sort of reminded me of boxed cheese cake mix and I ordered a frozen yogurt hard mocha chip, it's hard to find mocha. We paid at the register and the server brought me a coffee chip, to note, she asked if it was okay or she would switch me out, I just don't understand why she did not tell me they did not have mocha, when I ordered but maybe it was just busy Friday night and there was already more of a line so I said okay. The coffee chip was very good--not too sweet you can taste the coffee the chocolate from the crushed chips. We both got small cups so with tax about $13. They have some general seating inside but we went outside and sat in the greenway part of the Assembly Row complex.

It’s the best ice cream ever but the bathroom are worse than the train station, they smell like pi and they are ice cream shop (food) and I don’t think it look good that those type of places have gross bathrooms
