I just ordered a pocket for my daughter who is very allergic to dairy, stressed No dairy. Well, they put dairy in the pocket. She had 2 bites and became violently sick. When I called to inform them, to let them know, they seemed to care less! So disappointed. Will not be going back. This could be very dangerous.

The smoothies here are so bad. It had no favor, and tasted super chalky. I could taste the protein powder in it. It was such a small serving size for a $10 smoothie. My sister ordered the Arepa and it was dry as heck and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Don’t go here if you want good quality food. It’s honestly such a shame cause it looked as if it’d taste good. I’m just so disappointed

My family of 5 enjoyed breakfast here everyday for a week whilst we stayed locally. We loved it! We loved the smoothies and açaí bowls they are so delicious, really fresh fruit and so tasty! We also enjoyed the toasted bagels and croissants. We had not enjoyed a good coffee until we came here. It was the best we have had.
We loved the calm and chilled vibe, we enjoyed chatting to the staff who welcomed us back everyday with a smile.
It was never crazy busy like some other local places so we mostly had the place to ourselves so it was never an issue getting a table or waiting long for our orders. I haven’t seen my family for a year and Assembly was where we reunited so having somewhere lovely to enjoy our daily breakfasts really helped to make our trip wonderful. Thank you very much. Hope to return.

The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because one of the bowls tasted okay.
I had to delete and write an alternative review. I got two bowls on 1/19/2025. I got the Zen Bowl and the Cuban, a smoothie and a water.
Someone in their kitchen must have been having a rough day and needed to take it out on someone else.
One bowl was fine, the other they spit on the plantain! Not hardened oil, SPIT. Before I noticed that I had to spit out mouthfuls of food because something was in it. I also never got the water I ordered, then the chick lies and states they don't sell that kind.
I go to the counter and she plays dumb. I still am told I will be refunded back to my card for the bowl and the water. I get a refund receipt and leave.
I started drinking my smoothie in store, and it was fine. But it was like whatever was at the very bottom was normal then some very weir off taste on top. I threw it away. I should have gotten a refund for that too.
I called twice about my refund. I called again today 2/02/2025 because I still have not been refunded. Then the worker tried to turn it around like I was requesting this- I said no I have the refund receipt, I was supposed to receive a refund. Then I tell her I would be happy to send a picture to the manager, I still have no refund for this. Then I know it was likely her or her friend, because she doesn't ask for a receipt number or my phone number I have to say to her, don't you need this information to fix this? Then she said oh yeah, then I gave it to her.
I ordered online and ate it in store, because it was my only food for the day and I was hungry. NOT OKAY.
VERDICT: AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE, unless you like wasting money and ending up sick.

I’ve visited possibly 5 times at this point. Decent, get what you want type of place, staff is alright but nothing short of hating their life. Make sure to wait while there’s no one else there.
Good menu with variety. Tried the power Caesar bowl and it was fresh and tasted good. The dressing that came with it didn’t really taste like anything. The pure amazon açaí bowl also tasted good with fresh and sweet fruits. It was a little too small for the price but satisfied the craving. The bathroom was very clean but you have to ask for the key. Would come back to try other products.

Smoothies were great, this is a knock on the service. Two women working. We had 4 people in our group all order smoothies without anyone else in line a head of us, it took 30 minutes to get all 4, AND they gave them to us in the wrong order/didn't announce the names of them, so I ended up with the espresso smoothie rather than the Power Row. Couldnt taste the caffine until i was towards the end and could taste some of the grinds. As someone that doesn't drink coffee or any caffeine, having an espresso shot at 4pm was an experience I didn't sign up for.

My food allergies are no eggs, gluten or dairy. This establishment met all those needs with no compromises! My tastebuds were happy with the freshness of each bite. They have shakes , bowls etc.
