Some of the best pizza dough I’ve had in Boston. Really nice spot for a date night
The food was aggressively mid, really nothing special about it. Small portion sizes and expensive, with nothing that stood out.

We attempted to call this restaurant numerous times (at least 30) throughout the past 24 hours to attempt to cancel a reservation, and the phones were uncontactable. There was no notice on the website, no alternative way of contact, and the reservation service told us we need to contact the restaurant. I would have paid no mind to this issue if I didn't need to pay a $50 cancellation fee. This is very poor customer service, and if you make a reservation you better hope you do not come across an issue that prevents you from making it to the restaurant.

Had an amazing experience at June Bug! The vibe of the location is cute and unique. The food was amazing we got the verde pizza and the pepperoni pizza both were cooked perfectly and the kitchen sink salad was addicting. I loved that they had NA drink options. The waitstaff was really kind and friendly. I said on the reservation that I have an egg allergy and the hostess handed me a menu when I got there that marked down which items had eggs and which were safe for me to eat. NEVER HAS THAT HAPPENED FOR ME. Omg I was so excited and relieved since I hate having to ask a million questions about what the menu items are so this was so sweet and I really appreciated it. I wished all restaurants did this, I def will return!

Pizza verde. Couldve been a bit more acidic. And a bit less burnt. But overall very good pizza.

Amazing crust on their pizza. We got the courgette pizza, the pepperoni pizza, and a Caesar salad. Caesar was amazing. Courgette was so yummy, couldn’t recommend it more. The pepperoni was a little spicy but still good. It’s a little pricy for pizza and salad. the menu is also pretty limited. I would def go back tho!

My girlfriend and I have been meaning to try this spot for a while and I’m so glad we finally did! The food here was delicious, cocktails were very good, and it had a great wine selection.
We ordered the blue fin tuna crudo, mussles, and the Clamato pizza - all very good. The tuna crudo was served with a raspberry dipping sauce and it was soooo tasty, especially with the addition of basil in each bite. The mussels were 10/10 & the focaccia bread served along with it was plentiful & delicious. The Clamato pizza we were a bit skeptical of since it was made with a tomato base and not a white sauce, but June bug proved us wrong as it was very tasty and paired extremely well.
We will definitely be coming here again!

Pizzas were delicious. Only reason for not 5 stars is the autogratuity and additional “delivery” fee even though we dined in. Like other reviewers said this practice doesnt sit well with me. I would have tipped 20% anyway but establishments should never assume / put fair employee living wages onto customer.
No notes. Very good meal and great space and service

Perfect vibes, super friendly and helpful staff, and excellent food. We live in the neighborhood and go regularly. The menu changes often with whatever’s in season, and we especially love the crust dippers. Cocktails never disappoint either! One appetizer and a pizza is perfect size and cost for two people.

Food was delicious, but the portions were definitely a bit small for the price. Gratuity was included in the bill which I didn’t mind (but some people are not a fan of).

Have been a few times since they opened and have felt their food has gotten better and better each time. There are enough apps that you could just fill up on those and they change often — don’t miss the shrimp toast though. Pizzas are inventive and delicious. They also have a superb wine and cocktail program. This is all before saying how funky and whimsical the vibes are inside. Definitely worth a meal with friends here

Overall it's solid but nothing at all worth going out of your way for. Pizzas are just fine, dough is delicious but all other aspects are sub par. Meats on the pizza are super overcooked and dried up, sauce is completely flavorless and under seasoned, very little cheese. Dipping sauces are delicious and the crust is great...that's it. Tuna Crudo is delicious, kitchen salad is absolutely delicious, radish appetizer is legitimately maybe the worst thing I have ever ordered in my whole life at a restaurant, and I like radishes. If you're in the neighborhood and want an amazing salad and ok pie then it's worth the stop.

We have tried to go there twice. The first time they had a private event. Okay. The second time I checked their web site, it appeared normal, but they were again closed for a private event!
No notice on their web site.
Do they only do events? Walkins are just an occasional thing? When convenient? Don't bother to post it?
