“A symbol of American optimism.” Kelly’s delivers in vibes, service and most importantly, food. Couldn’t believe how amazing the breakfast sandwich was- it was perfect. It’s a bit pricey for diner fare but worth it and I’m excited to come back here soon.

Really busy on a Sunday. If you’re more than 3 people you might be waiting awhile for breakfast. Inside is really cool and retro. Staff is friendly. Food overall was just alright. Omelette didn’t have a ton of flavor and for $15 didn’t even have cheese. I did like the hash browns though.

This place is so cool! It's an old dining car that was transported...well, you can read about that. It's retro, the food is great & the ambiance is fun. The servers are personable & really want you to enjoy your food at Kelly's Diner (especially Ann). It was so good and we loved Ann that we went for breakfast twice during our visit. HIGHLY recommend you check it out!

Great food, but order it to go. The wait staff was legit intimidating, mocking customers behind their backs, ordering eachother around. Just awkward. Felt like the wait staff hates eachother and the customers. Pains me to leave a bad review but this happens each time ive been here. The vibes are aggressive.

Been coming here for over 20 years. Great breakfast, big portions, good prices. Very busy on the weekends and mornings. Favorite breakfast place for locals. Near Tufts University campus. College kids mostly choose the 2 other nearby breakfast places, until they learn that Kelly's is better!

I’m pretty much over the schtick of the crotchety waitress routine. My experience was fine, but then to be within earshot of hearing the waitresses snickering, complaining about, and making fun of customers is just tiresome. If you’re gonna do it, don’t let customers hear you do it. If you’re that miserable that you have to do that to get your jollies, then just get a different job. If the diner was staffed with people who want to be genuinely amicable, then the diner could easily do a third to a half more times the business. There’s a place for good unpretentious food. There’s less of a place for hearing snark from the wait staff. Get some people who are nice and want to work and you’ll be bringing in so much more money. For me, I’m done with Kelly’s
