Very good food!

I’ve been to this place multiple times and always had a good experience until today. I ordered a corn dog and a matcha, and was really disappointed. I found hair in my corn dog, which was already bad enough, but then I noticed a chunky dark green clump in my matcha that didn’t look right at all. I’ve never been served anything like this here before, and it honestly ruined my appetite. Really hoping this was just a one-off mistake, but it was a big letdown compared to my past visits.

An intern I brought here a few times suggested I write a review in defense of our favorite server, and I oblige.

Jacky's been anything but phenomenal, and is absolutely the reason we go here for lunch every week. We tried going back for a group dinner at some point, but it just wasn't the same, we felt rushed, which maybe makes sense as that's just how things May work in the US.

Which, again, back to our favorite worker -- Jacky, takes her time to explain every dish, their history, or how best to eat it, or how the decorations were inspired, something about the night markets. Please keep her working or we are not coming back.

Insanely rude staff. Will not be returning.

I came to this location incredibly excited to try a corn dog! Saying that an employee greeted would be an understatement. She said her name was Jackie, but I wouldn’t admit my real name if I treated customers like that. She was incredible condescending, rude and full to the brim with attitude. I was caught off guard by this treatment because I am a naturally bubbly person. I remained polite throughout the whole interaction, but if anything, it was an altercation! The attitude and eye rolls only escalated and clearly made it more of a confrontational than a customer service situation.

This is very disappointing. Customer service or even common decency are not to be expected here.

My friend and I were super excited to try this place out! HOWEVER, the absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful way we were treated was unbelievable! Walking in, we were confronted with an employee who was
Not interested in working and was upset when forced to do the bare minimum. She added the attitude for free, and eye rolls on the side.

Upon walking in, we were treated like criminals. She told us to order at the kiosk and followed up with, “unless you are paying with cash” - WHICH I WAS. After the transaction was processed, which was like pulling teeth, we waited for our food, just to be confronted when we asked a question about sauces/condiments. The response was SHOCKING. A rebuttal of “don’t you know what you want, you just ordered.” As previously mentioned to her, it was our first time here! What a way to treat us! When we confronted JACKIE about the attitude and the whole interaction, we got so much more attitude after she realized that we were seriously unhappy with her service, she tried to give us free soda/coupons because she knew she was in the wrong and didn’t want to be reported, but there was zero chance we would not share with the rest of you this ABHORRENT BEHAVIOR and terrible location. Just so we are clear, kindness IS in fact FREE.

Who would’ve thought the corn dog place would have so many vegan options. I got the ramen fried rice, which was great with a little sriracha (Wegman’s brand) on top. Kind of bland without it, but I’ll definitely be going back to try more of the food. Friendly and helpful staff.

The food was good, but it would be so nice if they had cold noodles (냉면)! I think the spicy pork could’ve been a bit more flavorful and spicy too.

I’d come here to get the corn dogs, the budae jjigae and the chicken all the time, but the way they treat their take out customers is so weird. If you’re getting things to go here, they’re really making you LEAVE.

We ordered our smoothies to go and sat at one of the tables inside. I have a back injury and needed to sit. We were then asked to sit at the tables close to the kiosk since we’re only ordering take out. I ask for water and he doesn’t respond, he only tells us to move out of the way. We saw a sign that said only dine in customers can sit inside and we figured that’s just their policy. Restaurant was mostly empty but whatever, rules are rules — we sit and wait for our drinks. Waiter gives us water while we wait.

We get our drinks in a couple of mins and the guy asks us to leave since we got our order. I ask if I can at least finish my sip of water and he says NO, grabbing the pitcher.

Listen, we were debating on getting some food on the side but with that kind of treatment, it was a good thing we didn’t. Probably best not to return for good either.

Absolutely loved this place! The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding — everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It is the perfect spot to hang out with friends and enjoy great Korean comfort food. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and tasty experience!

We love this place! We live in New Hampshire and eat at this restaurant whenever we visit our friend who lives nearby! Every time we visit we have had excellent food and service! The atmosphere is so cute too!
