I don't know if it's dependent on time of day but you have a 20% chance of receiving boba that is completely inedible. As in they are hard, almost crunchy, to the point where you spit every single one out. I've ordered from KFT hundreds of times and it's frustrating this branch serves inedible boba that I have to pay extra for and spit out. If the boba is going bad, just throw it out instead of seeing it. I'll drive further for more consistent boba from now on

Not sure what has changed but the wait took 15+ minutes and my Thai Milk Tea color was tan and the Taro Milk Tea was white. The Thai Milk Tea didn't quite taste like a Thai Tea and the Taro Milk Tea just tasted oddly sweet with no hint of Taro. The tapioca pearls were stale. See photo of the Taro Milk Tea.

The rose hip milk tea is awful. It should not taste tart! It should taste a little bitter from the tea and lightly floral from the rose. The pink color of the drink and flavor makes me question the quality as well. This flavor should either be scrapped or reevaluated.
