Exceptional food, super fresh, yummy, and healthy. The tahini date smoothie is one of the most delicious things I’ve ever had.

Acai bowl was very good. Service was pretty slow, both at the counter and for food. The wait felt as long as a regular restaurant just for an acai bowl. Plenty of seating inside.

It's UNACCEPTABLE that they decided to build a restaurant where we have to PAY for parking!! And I have a handicap placard! The only options are to get food to go or get it delivered! NOT FAIR.

Came with my daughter in the late afternoon only to find out that the only meal that a kid may like there (waffle) is only served in the mornings. I guess this is their informal way to stir out kids.
Took us several minutes to go over the menu before deciding to leave the place without ordering.
I am pretty sure there exist healthy meals that are also kids friendly. Doesn't look like this place tries to provide such.

Great spot for delicious vegetarian food as well as fantastic smoothies. One of my favorite meals are the rainbow harvest and teriyaki tofu bowls. The rainbow harvest is a party for your mouth and I’m personally a big fan of sweet potato so highly recommend that one. The teriyaki tofu bowls is best ordered in when it’s hot and steaming. The tofu provided is crispy and complimented well by the umame of the mushrooms as well as the saltiness from the soy sauce. I also decided to try out the strawberry and cream chia bowls which satiated my sweet tooth. I love the variety of texture the chia seed provides when mixed with the oats as well as the sweetness provided by the coconut yogurt and strawberries.
One thing I really appreciate about life alive is their nutritional content is listed so if you are looking to track your macros for weight gain, loss or just general health it’s great. While the menu doesn’t have as much protein as restaurants that have meat in them, they are quite satiating as a lot of items are filled with fiber and a decent amount of protein. You surely won’t leave feeling hungry.
The reason I listed the atmosphere as four stars is being a fantastic place attracts a lot of customers and it can be a bit difficult to find seating indoor at times especially seating near a charger incase you are looking to get work done.
Don’t waste your money at this place. Their employees are rude. I’ll never go here again. Management is also terrible because their own employee blamed his manager.
Cold soup. Nolemon in the lemon soup. waitress said she would take.our order then didn't

This is a nice organic vegan Cafe which is trendy in a trendy part of the city. I think the dishes taste good, although I wouldn't say no to larger quantities. I don't know if they have milk substitutes, but I was sad to see that a lot of the hot drinks had coconut milk or cream which I can't have for health reasons. I'm hoping next time I go there will be a low or non-fat option for the dairy substitute. I thought the food itself was really good.
Great atmosphere- they also don’t add too much sugar to their drinks
First time at Life Alive and it was a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious and they were very allergy accommodating. There was a mix up where part of my order didn’t get placed and they made it for me free of charge. Will definitely come back!
Absolutely have to recommend anyone try this place! It is worth checking out the different locations as some offer different options, no matter where you go you won't be disappointed!
I met an old colleague of mines there and the Tea was a hit. I had the ginger honey tea and it was delicious! That was the best tea I tasted outside of my house. The table we sat at was a little dirty and when asked to wipe down, I should’ve gotten up firsthand because she wiped the table off but the crumbs were pushed on my lap accidentally. No big deal though, that was my mistake for not standing up while the server wiped. I had the teriyaki tofu and it wasn’t the greatest in my book but the portions were huge, you should try it though. Healthy food place when you don’t want to add too many calories. The menu letters were really small so bring your reading glasses if you wear them. The atmosphere was bright, diverse and not too loud. Left side of restaurant I guess was for quieter side and right side of restaurant was for more chattering. They need a furniture upgrade. The coach I sat on the leather was cracked and you can tell everyone sat at that spot by the sink in and worn upholstery, it’s time for an upgrade for sure. I forgot to take pics. Next time.
