Maca is the best. Tamy puts her heart and soul into everything about this business and it shows. She makes it cute, delicious, and the perfect texture. The rotating flavors keep you on your toes for what’s next, but my all time favorite is an everything bagel maca ? We’ve also gotten custom maca cakes on multiple occasions; it’s a great way to celebrate. So happy we found this gem many years ago and that we can continue to order even though we moved away!

I’ve been getting Macas from Tamy since 2020 and will single-handedly eat all 12 as soon as I get them. So delicious, wonderful flavors, and perfect texture. Don’t forget to let them come to temperature if you store yours in the fridge!

Maca is absolutely incredible!! These are by far the best macarons in Boston. The flavors are always exciting and inspired by themes and cultures which I love. This is a small business and each and every Maca is hand piped and you can really tell. Definitely recommend visiting ASAP!

Best Macas around. It is very evident that Tamy puts a lot of love into her fun and creative flavors and designs. It is definitely worth it, you will not be disappointed!

This is honestly the only place I get macarons from in the entirety of New England (or anywhere really). I always go here every time I visit Bow Market, because Tamy (the owner) always has the coolest flavors!! like taro, milk tea, lychee raspberry, and pandan!! She had Korean banana milk flavored macarons at some point.

Also, her macarons are shaped with cute themes!! For Lunar New Year, she made macarons shaped as cute lanterns and lucky kitties!! For Valentines Day, her macarons were shaped as hearts with cute small messages on them. I remember during winter her macarons were shaped like snowmen and reindeers. Like too cute to eat honestly.. But I had to.

Been to France. Had macarons everywhere. And I swear on the French flag you won’t find a better one anywhere else in Boston! 20/10.

I visited Maca at Bow Market for the first time for a company event and it was soooo cute! Store owned by Tamy and the flavors and ideas she has are awesome. I also make macarons at home and they are not the easiest dessert to make so I very much appreciate the art and skill it takes to make them. They are super yummy and not at all chewy which is easy to do if not careful. I wish I was in the area more but I'll definitely be making special trips out to Bow and stopping in to see what flavors Tamy has up her sleeve (have you seen the macaron filling stuffed croissants she just did?! Incredible). Follow her on social media or stop in!

I have been coming to Tamy for all my macaron needs, for years now. And I’ve never been disappointed- from “old standby” flavors that I grab every time, to unique flavors and character macarons… I enjoy them all! You can’t go wrong- tasty treats with friendly, personal service.

I’ve frequented this shop on multiple occasions and I can not understate how outstanding not only the quality of the macarons are but the customer service I have been repeatedly shown. Would highly recommend.

Was fortunate that it was open when I stopped by Bow Market for lunch on a late Monday afternoon. Most shops in the area are not open at the time, but after a bite at Saus, stopped by for a 6 pack, mostly of pandan, but also apple butter, hibiscus and lavender honey. Delicious. Nice packaging.

I’ve been a big fan of Tamy and her macas for years now before she even had a storefront. The quality of her macas, attention to flavor and detail, customer service are all what keeps me coming back for more. I used to travel an hour and a half just to buy them and luckily now am closer.

Maca has hands down the best macarons in the area. I never really enjoyed them till I had Tamy's. Along with classic flavors, you'll find different and innovative ones that you wouldn't get anywhere else. I always look forward to the seasonal and holiday specials. All the other goodies in store are delicious too, like the brownies and the mochi ice creams. The macarons packaging is like no other and comes with clear instructions about storage, which is super useful.Keep an eye out for the collabs with other local small businesses as well, these are always fantastic. The store is super cute and you can find little gifts for everyone.Maca is worth every penny!

One of my favorite small businesses in Somerville! The owners commitment to quality is proof in her delicious macaroons. Love the new flavors she comes up with. Her churro macaroon I had a few months ago was out of this world. My daughter loves the fruity pebble one :)

I love this place! The macas are delicious and Tamy always has some special flavor up her sleeve! The macas are great to keep in your freezer for a snack, to bring to parties, or to send to friends for special occasions or pick-me-ups! And everyone always loves them! ?
