I've been coming to Machu Picchu since 2014, customer service is always amazing, I'm a regular client and Carlos always takes good care of us, he always exceed our expectations delivering good quality conversations and hospitality, every time we open the door he always greet us with a smile, food is out of this world, this is the most authentic Peruvian food you'll have in Boston, it's like being in Lima again. Carlos if you read this I wanna say you are amazing and thank you for everything. I will come back soon!!

My sister and I ate dinner here last night, and the food didn't disappoint! Our favorite was the ceviche as it was super fresh and tangy from lots of lime. We liked the service as well (we noticed that they go all out for birthdays). The drinks were also satisfying and it's an overall wonderful vibe!

Tried Aji Gallina, Anticucho, Chorros a la Chalaca and Arroz de Mariscos. Everything good and tasty. The only bad thing is the price. I would say that it's definitely high end or expensive.

Excellent, interesting food, price not bad, good service. Noise level was fine. Odd that OpenTable implies with their scale that louder is better, with the loudest being "energetic" rather than say "deafening". I go to restaurants to talk to people, not to be blasted with a wall of noise that makes conversation impossible.

Delicious Peruvian food and a very welcoming staff! Loved the Pulpo and the Ceviche mixto! Highly recommended.

Amazing food, tastes very similar to the food my group had when we went to Peru. A nice variety and the flavors are good. On the pricier side but overall worthwhile for a once in a while meal out. Would go again.

You need to be aware !! The wine bottle that we ordered come open to the table, and they charged 52 dollars. This bottle retails for approximately $ 12.00 and it is available wholesale for about $ 5.00 Extortion at its best, there is no other way of describing Machu Picchu in Somerville. Totally disappointed.

Great Peruvian food, very friendly service and excellent pisco sours!
Didn’t have any roast chicken or tres leches (despite it being on the menu), which are the only reasons i wanted to come to this place - despite this, it was solid but still disappointing for the reasons

First time trying peruvian food, so my opinion will be based on other cuisines. The food was underwhelming. It lacked salt, and the seafood was bland. The atmosphere was the best part, the music wasn't too loud and the place was great to relax and have a nice conversation. I wouldn't return simply because of the food. It is not worth it.

Everything was really great. The corn kernels (cancha) are my absolute favorite, if I could order them as a meal I would. The sweet potato fries were simple but perfect, including the sauce which I never had before today. The Lomo Saltado was also fantastic. Salty steak, vegetables and fries were perfect with rice. And my server was very kind!I can’t speak to authenticity since I don’t know Peruvian food well, but if you’re looking for something tasty, you may find me here! I will be back for the cancha…Vegetarian options: Good choices!Parking: Not a lot, common in most squares in Greater Boston.

Some of the best, most flavorful food I've had in forever. The service was great, everyone there is so friendly!Cilantro soup, ceviche, tamale, etc. The best "warm your soul" food!
