Why did I pay $15 for a half size sub that had literally no ingredients and wasn’t even put together. The lettuce was soggy, bread was stale, and there was maybe 2oz of turkey. Will not be back, don’t go here. Full waste of money… Chefs need a serious quality check. Service is GREAT and super friendly, but the food needs serious work if you’re charging that much. I could go to literally any other sub shop and spend less and get a better sub? Maybe the pizza is better, but dang

Honestly, this is a bit of a sad story. I used to go into this place all the time I mean from fifth grade beginning of junior high all the way through the many years I live in Winter Hill. During Covid, however they had a change in partnership business wise as well as ownership I believe and it’s just not the same place. I really miss the older crew that used to be there and the atmosphere that was always so comforting to me back when it was run properly. It had nicer service and did not have this new age/crystal palm reading tarot atmosphere that they now have also it’s not as welcoming as it once was. That’s just the honest truth. I may stop in at some point, but I hope it changes in the meantime.

My daughter just stopped in here to place an order for us to eat dinner at 8:05 pm and the guy said with an attitude we're closed!! the website says they're open till 11:00...So you're closed 3 hours early tonight and somehow she was supposed to know that?? this place used to be good back in the '80s and 90s but it sucks now.... If you got a problem with making food then just close the doors forever. Leones is way better anyway
I ordered a pepperoni,mushroom, green pepper and mushroom pizza. I did not recieve what I ordered.

Tasty calzones at Mama Lisa’s!! By the slice - warm and ready. Italian cold cut and cheese, chicken parm are favorites - tastes like Papa Tadeo used to make. Savory flavors of a bygone era in Somerville’s history. Iconic counter service from a dedicated family in a classic intimate sub shop setting - great people. Pizza and subs too. Thanks

So I really don’t want to do this, but enough is enough. So my wife has been going to this place for over 30yrs. And the last few times ordering/delivery it’s been getting worse. So they delivered a half pepperoni half Cheese. They delivered it really over cooked. She calls to let them know while being nice and trying to resolve the issue. Of course the young lady on the line was dismissive and rude. So I say call back tomorrow and ask for the manager. So she does, and the guy who answered the phone say call back later rudely and just hung up on her. $28 for a large piece of charcoal, which has also shrunken and bad customer service. Don’t worry we will be finding another pizza shop. So much for supporting the local mom and pop business. Matter fact try @Reginapizzaria is a wonderful place that will get our business form now on. Thank you
Ps. The delivery older gentleman has always been wonderful. But how is a restaurant that 3 blocks from me delivers cold hard burnt food?? Thank you
