The female manager or owners daughter, whoever she is, is the most vile disgusting person I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. I ordered a sub, and confirmed the price before delivery. Upon delivery the cost was $4 more than what was said on the phone, and when I called to confirm the lady said, “Do you live under a rock? Every place has a delivery fee.” The delivery fee was not the problem. If the sub is $16 & delivery is $4, then the total is $20, not $16. This place should be shut down for good.

Love this place. Lived in Winter Hill for a year and there were times where I was coming here multiple times a week. Would definitely take breaks but when I would come back all the staff was always super welcoming and kind. I have too many good things to say but I'll keep it short: as someone from NY, this was a great find to have close to my apartment, some of the best pizza I've had in Boston. On top of this, the staff being kind makes the food taste even better. One time we went for pickup and they had forgotten one of the pies on our order (could have just been bad service calling or loud in the kitchen), but they gave us free slices even after we were trying to say we didn't want them. Can't say enough good things about this place. Thanks for feeding me all of last year!

The pizza here used to be pretty good. Ordered tonight and I was just so disappointed. The quality has taken a nosedive. The crust was tasteless- I don’t like to sound dramatic but it tasted like cardboard. Wasn’t chewy or tasty at all. Skimpy on cheese (we added more at home and reheated in oven). Overall we would have been better off with a pizza from Costco , and for a fraction of the cost! Really shady pricing here; I feel compelled to let you all know that they charge a ~15% credit card fee without disclosing. Typically credit card fees if charged are 3-4%. Charging this high of a fee is beyond covering costs and feels unethical (and illegal in the state of Massachusetts.)

Awful experience here. They don’t show any of the prices on the menu for a reason. Paid $17 for a grilled chicken sub that was tiny and average at best. Then when I asked why it was $17 she said they charge a 15% fee for credit cards and she could refund it and I could pay with Venmo. Super sketchy and I certainly will never go back.
delivery took well over an hour and I was never notified the food was here until I called and was told by some woman that the driver had been back for a while.....must be new ownership because this place was always good....prices went up and they charge for a lousy delivery.....woman then stated when I asked for my money back on the delivery only mind you that I need to take it up with my credit card....really is that how you keep long time customers around. should of never changed hands...good place going down hill FAST !

Parking: City took storefront parking owners should be protesting this decision .
