The food ended being pretty good but we had really poor luck with service. Our order was mixed up with another table's and there were multiple errors. They also took a very long time to take our order and kept forgetting to bring drinks. My friend said the poor service was a fluke so I hope it was just a bad night for them.

We ordered the chicken and veggie steamed momos, the beef and veggie thukpa, and the lamb squash. The momos were okay but the thukpa was very tasty and spicy. The lamb was delicious! We ate it with Roti and it paired nicely. I tried the Tibetan tea and it was great! Very unique and quite salty.
The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was extremely cozy. Would definitely recommend and will be returning!

The food was fantastic, I absolutely devoured everything. I tried the spicy tofu thang, aloo dum and thenthuk, all of which blew me away. The service was slow but it was very busy at the time so I don’t fault them too much. Really loved the restaurant!

The chai was a standout, but that's not to say the rest wasn't absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.
The spicy pumpkin curry and tingmo are absolutely stellar at this rare find Tibetan restaurant. Service is laid back, a tad slow, so if you’re in a rush, get takeout. The vegetable soup is tangy and delicious, and honey ginger lime tea satisfyingly comforting. Highly recommend!

Really excited my partner and I finally got to t try Martsa - we’ve somehow come on days when it has been unexpectedly closed.
Everything we got was really good - I’d highly recommend the Vegetable Manchurian! The texture of the croquettes was really unique with the garlic sauce. We got the Aloo Tikki Chaat for our starter and it was great - it had a crispy exterior that had a nice crunch even with the sauce! The Tofu in Red Curry was also great because, even with the pineapple flavour, it still tasted very balanced and not too sweet. The pumpkin was really nice as well - I think the texture and flavour worked well with the tofu and pineapple.
I really appreciated the range and variety of vegetarian dishes here - my partner is vegetarian (I am not) so we often get vegetarian dishes when we go out to try as much as possible.
Overall a great experience - I will note the service is a bit on the slow side but not bad. The food is fantastic - we’ll definitely be back to try more!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE food — everything we tried was delicious. Vegetarian friendly but the meat was also sooo amazing (spicy lamb dish). We had a great experience and I will be back, often! I already want more momo!

The best Indian food I've found in Somerville. The Chola is to die for, but I highly recommend doing a sampler of the appetizers. I've never been disappointed. Can't recommend enough.

Wow, such amazing food! We went with the recommendation of the waiter and were very glad we did. Lots of variety in the menu - I’m very familiar with this cuisine and there were still things I hadn’t tried before! Highly recommend.
Best restaurant in Davis. Seriously. It’s delicious. Every dish was amazing. My two year old daughter lost her mind. The momo, the beef, the chicken, the lentil soup! And as we were ready to leave, we were greeted by a bill of modest proportions and a mango lassi to go.
