Lady at front counter was brash and rude. Kitchen was slow on a seemingly dead morning. Also didn’t even fill my cup for a drink I paid for.Also missing two items from bag didn’t bother going back in.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my son and his friends had at this McDonald’s today around 4 pm. My son accidentally dropped his fries, and instead of showing any understanding or professionalism, one of the workers yelled at him and kicked him and his friends out of the restaurant.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Accidents happen, especially with kids, and a good employee would have handled the situation with patience and basic customer service, maybe even offered to replace the fries. Instead, this worker chose to embarrass and scold my son as if she were his parent.
I expect McDonald’s staff to treat customers, especially children, with respect and understanding. Management needs to address this situation immediately, because no one should be treated that way for a simple mistake.

No coffee in DoorDash order. WHERE IS MY COFFEEEEEEE!
Update: After not receiving my coffee, I went to retrieve my coffee (after attempting to call but no one answered). The dining room is suppose to open at 7am, as it says on their door. I was there at 7am and waited about 10 minutes outside the door, along with several other people. The employees would pass by the door and stare at us as they passed. Boooooo!

Sad McDonald's is so expensive nowadays. $30 for burgers and fries for 3 people. Got our order home and the Happy Meal box was empty, just the apple slices were in there. Disappointing.

As expected, but the soda machine was out of order.
These people bust their ass. One of the busiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to outside of a military base or an airport. And still everyone is friendly and the orders accurate and the food the exact way you expect. Bravo!

It was okay! The only thing I didn't like was waiting for them to process some kind of takeout service when I'm standing right there I get it but then again I don't but I'm just waiting for a chicken meal and they're doing a bunch of delivery orders ahead of me and be honest chicken there wasn't that good but okay.
