Steak was burnt and undercooked. Mashed potatoes and French fries combined into one. Was inedible. When delivered was a complete difference then when ordered. I didn’t even go through the effort to get a refund. I wanted to treat myself for dinner as I liked my previous experience for my birthday in April. I will not be returning if something doesn’t change. Spent 25$ for small burnt steak tips

Awful quality and the worst management behavior! The lady refused to take responsibility for the bad-quality food. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The fries and burger were horrible.

four bites of both of our meals, and we were bloated and didn't feel well, they seem to push drinking a lot and thats probably why the food is sub par, but everything tastes better when you're drunk eh
Not sure why it only has 4 stars. This place is solid, the food is good, huge portions, cold beer in giant mugs. Service can be slow, but it’s friendly and service is mediocre literally everywhere in Davis.

I have given mikes an TON of business over the last 10 years. I ordered a chicken cutlet sub with the description posted (see pics). They sent a sub that did not match the description, as well as cold and soggy fries and mozzarella stick. I asked for a credit back through GrubHub for the sub. The owner then called my phone three times and yelled at me for requesting a refund, saying that the food order was right and the description was wrong - so that it was GrubHub’s fault. He was absolutely nasty and rude and did not even attempt to apologize or fix the mistake. I will never order from them again. Not to mention their delivery is late or delivered to the wrong house 9 times out of 10.
