First and last time going there the lady in the from that works today 11/20/24 at 140 is disrespectful she insulted me after I was trying to order my food I left really upset with no food I will never go back here she would not be working with people if she is going to call people out of there name I will be back to ask for her information as I will be taking her to court for emotional destress she need to learn that it's not okay to make people feel bad or not want to come to a well recommended place because of her attitude I was so embarrassed she yelled at me in front of everyone I hope she not there no more and I will take further action

I got appetizers and drinks with some friends here. The atmosphere is classic bar and is nice. We sat outside and the servers did not check in on us very frequently, even though it was not very busy. The appetizers were ok but nothing particularly spectacular. It's a pretty normal sports bar-like place.

Been here a few times and it’s been great.

Most recent experience, came in around 9:30 sat at the bar, with a friend he asked to try a drink dude working the bar seem to not really care. Then we ordered food, didn’t ask how I wanted it. Brought out the food didn’t bring any silverware. Burger was too dry but didn’t want to complain cause of the server. Dinner was kinda a mood killer. Will be back eventually again to give it another shot.

8 years ago I wrote: "Pretty good food. Great prices. Often quite busy."

Of those three things only the last is still true which is a real bummer. I recently got my old favorite the Steak Tips and the mashed potatoes tasted real bad. 8 people at the table and they all took a taste and suggested something had gone bad with it.

The bummer is this used to be a favorite spot for my group but I think we need to retire it.

Dietary restrictions: The gluten free pizza is OK but it's $2 per topping. The gluten free pasta sort of disintegrates.

I didn't really know what to expect of Mike's after reading the reviews. I think perhaps people are setting their expectations too high for a place literally subtitled "food." The food was good! I had a cheeseburger and fries that held up against other spots in Davis, and it was about $4 cheaper than you'd pay at those other places. The pitchers are a great value, and there is a huge selection of cans and bottles. Maybe it's not the best place for date night, but it is a great spot to grab a casual beer and burger and people watch in Davis.

I used to live near Davis Square and loved the "Old Mike's". Loved placing the order at the counter, staring at the wall menus, heading your name called out. When the bar first opened it was okay. Now, too many TVs, higher costs, wait service, noiser. It used to be a pre post movie go to (so did Redbones and they've sunk even further) but looking at other options after my last visit.

I've been coming here for a couple years now after moving back to the area. Solid drinks, good food at a decent price. Great in the summer time to just grab a seat outside and people watch. Also nice if you're going to a show nearby to get a drink while you wait.

I hadn't been to Mike's in years . I always remembered having great pasta for a good price. I took my young nephews for a quick bite to eat . I got the caprese pasta pasta ( angel hair) my nephews split a bowl of ziti with butter ,we got some chicken tenders and 2 sodas....$69 ...hmm....I enjoyed my pasta of course the kids ate some of theirs and the tenders were good . Was it anything special? Not really, I was very surprised at the price . Our waitress was very nice but left halfway though our dinner her coworker was also very nice that took over . Place is a hit with the college kids in the area .

Came to try the pizza and it was really one of the worst I had, but I also didn’t have high expectations. The chicken tenders were not good as well. Very bland. Drink selection was extensive. Even though they didn’t have a few available on tap, there was plenty to choose from. Would come back for an event or sports game.

Super cool sports bar, with fair prices and really nice service. We'll be back tomorrow.???

Undercooked pizza and soft poured drinks. No fans and most of the staff looked annoyed to be doing their job.

Eggplant Parm wrap was amazing and you can't kick over their fries dough. They said a frozen guava sangria on special that day which was great for this hot summer weather.
