I go to this cafe regularly, and it’s easily one of my favorite spots in Somerville. The food is always fresh, the service is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm and relaxing. You can tell everything is made with care. It’s also great to see a local bakery growing along with the neighborhood. Definitely a place worth visiting.

I live around the corner, so it is natural that I would become a regular. I can walk in and get my usual order just by catching the eye of one of the ladies behind the counter and a nod of the head, no matter how crowded the place may be. All fairly standard “regular” stuff. What sets them apart is when I was diagnosed with diabetes and had a medical issue that impaired my mobility. The ladies here went into full on Mama Bear mode. They look out for me, watch what I eat so I do the right thing even if I don’t want to. They know me. They care about me. Not just as a customer but as a person. That is good service.
