Loved the food. Yummy! Only criticism is the $9 spring roll appetizer I ordered — while very tasty was way too thin. For the quantity it should have been priced at around $6 but hey isn’t everything overpriced in Boston? The chicken bowl was just right.
I love the concept of having a rotating menu featuring local chefs; what a great way to highlight different cuisines! As a Filipino, I love to see some pinoy representation, so I came for lunch on Wednesday and got the pancit with lumpia and a calamansi drink. This was so so good. Honestly the chicken soup was the standout, with plenty of lime and cilantro. It was perfect, and the papusas were creative and tasty. Love the concept for this place and you can't beat the atmosphere at Bow Market.
