Avocado toast was well seasoned but unfortunately cold. Coffee was not that hot either. Is it unreasonable that I prefer my food hot? My husband’s omelet and toast were nice and hot. We were there to watch Premier League Soccer (11am) as we have done countless times. Out of the dozen giant screen TVs only one had the soccer game. (From the sounds of the cheering, we were not the only ones there for soccer) The rest were preset to NFL football which was not scheduled to start until well after the soccer game had ended (1pm). WOW. Respect to the waitstaff. They just deliver the food and hope their money won’t be affected by their ridiculous management. We tip well regardless. 50%

I love Olde Magoun's, especially their seasonal Oktoberfest menu. Solid pub food and fantastic beer selection, including some cask ales. I really wish they had a better porter/stout draught selection. A thoughtfully crafted selection of rarely encountered IPAs and lagers, but only Guinness on draught. Really??
Vegetarian options: Basically none. Not recommended for vegans/vegetarians.
Parking: There's a lot behind the CVS in addition to very limited street parking. Walk, bike or take transit if possible.

Now that the green line drops off down the street you have no reason to not stop by and try this place. They always have a killer beer selection!
I would quite literally compare it to MacLarens Pub from How I Met Your Mother for me and my friends. Great beers, delicious food, cozy and nostalgic pub atmosphere, reasonable prices. The German and Irish charm is so inviting. Something for everyone to enjoy!

Great bar for a few drinks with friends, get there early if the Pats are playing! Staff is friendly and the drink are good. They don’t have Captain Morgan unfortunately but the alternative spiced rum was still good.

First off: the truffle parmesan tater tots are HEAVENLY!!! They’re just the perfect amount of crispy and the truffle taste is THERE. The garlic aoli is fantastic. I got the philly cheesesteak burger there and it wasn’t bad but they didn’t chop up the steak making the burger difficult to eat since it was just a hunk of steak. Service was fantastic and the atmosphere is nice. If you’re in the neighborhood and love truffle tots and a beer you 100% should check this place out.
