My date and I both didn’t really have any bloomin onion on our burgers or sauce which kind of upset me. the waitress was very nice but, she gave me an 3rd beer that I didn’t order. I drank it cause I paid for it and it came after I paid the bill which was a weird. I only asked for two. I added the picture cause that is what I thought I was gonna eat/what it looks like on the menu

Upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed by the host , then we were escorted to a table and were informed that Leah will be our server and she be with us shortly. And the fabulous hospitality continued through our meal. Every thing was perfect . However, I am writing to complain about the table next us (table # 20 ) . They were complaining about every thing to the server and making her night miserable by holding Leah hostage to their complaint. The manager came by yet they continue to complain and the manager offered them something else and they agreed . I have hearts saying to Leah that they were here before and complained on that night were the manager end buying their entire meal, and when the manager brought their food, the was lady not happy still, the manager apologized and bought their meal. Now the lady was at ease and she asked for to go boxes for both entrees , the one she did not like initially and new one the manager brought her. I salute the manager for his skills in handling that lady but felt sorry for the server Leah for not getting a tip from the complainer.
Parking: There is a shopping center across the narrow straight the you park the car there.
Visited on Valentine's Day. We had a reservation and were seated after a short wait, despite the 1 hour and 15 minute wait for others who were walking in without a reservation.
I was really looking forward to having a Bloomin Onion Burger because I haven't had one in years. The burger was the perfect temperature but didn't have enough Bloomin Onion pieces or sauce, so it didn't have flavor I remember. I ordered it with a side of broccoli and the broccoli was very bland and soggy.
I also ordered the "Pina Koala" which was supposed to include a cute little sugar Koala edible piece, but it didn't come with it and they said it was because "they've been out of the koalas for a long time". I later ordered the "Koala Punch" which was to feature a blue koala inside and it came with a yellow rubber duck koala, which is admittedly adorable, but didn't quite match the picture of the drink.
Service was slow but it also was Valentine's Day. It took about 40-45 minutes to get our food.

I've loved outback all my life, unfortunately this location has caused me to dislike it. Everytime I order my food is incorrect. The manager, leslie makes false promises about compensating me but has never done so. For the sake or your money do not order from this location.
Service was top notch. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. Started the bread which was warm and delicious. We had the blooming onion which was hot, crip, and the dipping sauce was a perfect pair. We all had steak. Filet and bone in ribeye. All our steaks came out hot and cooked to perfection. Juicy and tender seasoned just right. Mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious, Baked potato was loaded with bacon, cheese and sour cream. Craving this again now. Everything was awesome. We had brownie sundea and the Tim Tam. Absolutely Decadent. The meal was perfect. The atmosphere was great, the service was top notch. Can not wait to retuen

Winter during the week, thinking, I will take advantage of their weekday specials ordered at the bar, told the bartender and even pointed at the special still charge me regular price when I mentioned it he told me that I ordered the wrong item which I did not respond and just went ahead and paid gave him a 20% tip anyways but thought I should leave a review so others know to make sure to point out the special it wasn’t much more than the regular price but four dollars here and there

It'd an outback. Solid food but it's chain so you know what to expect. This location is above average, quick, and good service. It's a solid stand by if you want easy and simple. I'd go back again if in the area and wanted a reasonable solid meal.
Vegetarian options: It's a chain so it'll have some standardized veggie options.
Dietary restrictions: It's a chain pending your restrictions you should be able to find a solid meal.
Parking: Free parking lot across from this location in the trader Joe's plaza. It's a busy plaza so can be tough to find a spot sometimes. Note it's supposed to be 2hr parking in the Joe's lot. There are also multiple paid garages near by too.
Kid-friendliness: Perfect place for kids in this area.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

Service was terrible they had a while side unoccupied and still made us wait 25+ minutes food was not what was expected we would’ve been better off making steak at home the asparagus was just plain message pastors tasted like they were boxed instead of fresh we spent over $100 & regrettably will never go again horrible service and experience we started off with one hostess and were passed onto another uniformed
