Me and my husband came back after a different experience to try again and when we went and the overall experience was amazing we had Anna as a waiter nice and kind and patient and we had tihago the manager who listens to whatever problems we had prior easy to talk to and gives back recommend coming here for a great experience also shout out to Anna for giving the koala

First I called and asked if it was busy or should I make a reservation and was told I could take a look around. Not sure what that was meant for. Then I ordered a Delmonico steak medium well and it came back rare. I had already cut into it and took a bite. I let the server know which she took my steak with saying anything. When she returned with my steak it was the same piece I had cut into and took a bite from. I cut another piece and it was still raw. I asked for a manager and the server rolled her eyes as she walked away. As we waited 10 minutes for the manager another person at our table found hair in their food. The server never asked if we needed another refill on drinks and never took our appetizer dish away to have more room on our table. The manager came to us and apologized then said it’s hard to find good help. Which was so unprofessional throwing their staff under the bus. He did comp two of our meals and gave another $25 off for the bad service.

I ordered the food in the picture as shrimp and meat. I quickly clicked because I thought there was meat too. I ordered for the dog. It turned out to be only shrimp. I don't understand why they put a picture of shrimp on top of the meat??? And I ordered broccoli but got long beans instead. Maybe because it was close to closing time, the kitchen got confused. And my dog can't eat long beans. Terrible.

Great Birthday Dinner at Outback Steakhouse
I celebrated my birthday today with an old friend who actually shares the same birthday, and we had an awesome experience at Outback Steakhouse. I had the 20 oz ribeye with wings, and both were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. My friend ordered a chicken and shrimp dish with some great sides and loved her meal too.
Our server, Isabella A., was the highlight of the night. She’s from Peru and was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in on us often without being overbearing and really made the dinner feel special.
Overall, couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner. Great food, great service. If you go, definitely ask for Isabella—you won’t regret it.

I went there with a group of 7 total including me and I was taken care by Michelle a very nice young lady. She took care of us like family members. She even tried to say a few words in French having notice that we were also Speaking French as my friends were from France actually. Michelle and her co-worker are the best not just in Massachusetts but in the whole Universe. Thanks Michelle for lovingly taking care of our needs and wants. Keep higher the Good work. David Juin.

I must say what a doozie this place is. After staying away for many years we have been back 3 times now in the last year and ALL 3 TIMES were absolutely terrible. After last night's terrible customer service we will never return. Servers sitting around talking, playing on phones and just not working. Ordered a non alcoholic specialty drink and watched the bartender talking to the servers for 10 mins before he started making the drinks after the order went in. 15 mins and then they bring my 8 year old and ALCOHOLIC drink. They also told me that they didnt have any steak sauces other than A1. How does a steakhouse not have steak sauce? The quality of thos place had gone down tremendously and the wait staff is all terrible. No customer service skills at all. Take your order. Don't check on you, don't refill drinks, etc but want that full tip. Insane

To go otter cold food ordered steak well done was rare veggies cold/hard as a rock
was going to this location for years was a tradition on special occasions food was always fresh and clean and staff friendly. last night we stopped in was practically empty dirty to the point in the restroom was vomit on the bathroom floor. when we got our food was cold and was not as we are used to . later that night my son got food poisoning was extremely sick . i called to make them aware and was met with hardly a apology just asking if i went to the hospital and have documentation of him getting sick . please be advised and skip this location

I had a really disappointing experience at this Outback Steakhouse. The restaurant was visibly dirty, sticky, and smelt musty. Our waiter was inattentive, spending most of the time socializing in the corner with other staff instead of checking on customers.
I only stayed because I had pregnancy craving, but I ended up with food poisoning afterward. Between the poor cleanliness, lack of service, and getting sick from the food, I won’t be returning.
