Terrible service. Pizza was cold when it arrived to my house. Lady on the phone was rude and impolite. Do not order from this place, they will try to blame you for it

Pinis has the best pizza and subs I drive 25 minutes just to get take out. Their pizza travels really good when I get home it’s just like I’m eating in the restaurant that’s how fresh it is. Anything I’ve ever got from There has been excellent and Fresh. Customer service there is always excellent

First off, the pizza was burnt. I ordered half pepperoni and half eggplant large pizza. Then the delivery driver was very rude. She had long brown hair and an accent. My pizza was 23 and with tip, the total was 27. I gave her 40 dollars and said I wanted 13 dollars back. She said "I don't have 13 dollars. "Then she looked at her phone to see how much my order was. I told her exactly how much it was without and with the tip. She said she had 10 dollars and would have to get the rest in her car. I said that was fine. Then, to make things easier on her, because she was parked at the front door, I went downstairs so she didn't have far to walk at all, just a couple of steps. I was flabbergasted when she gave me the 3 dollars and said "next time, when you order a pizza, just say you need change for 40 dollars because it's frustrating to have to go to my car to get more money." I will NEVER order from here again. It has been over a year since I last ordered because my.pixxs was made wrong and when I called to let them know, I was yelled at by the manager. I only ordered from here yesterday because Casa Pizza is closed on Sunday. Clearly the delivery driver hates her job and is not a people person. All drivers should have 20 dollars in change on them at all times. She just wanted me to say it was okay so she got more money for a tip. I should have not given her a tip after the attitude she gave me.

Hubby and I have been ordering from Pinis for 10 yrs, tonight the pizza was old, seems they made it earlier and sent it to us, we know fresh, it wasn't fresh! Also from $15.99 till tonight at 28 99 and I understand what Dems have done but with $7tip bcoz we understand! When I called & complained, she laughed and wanted to know if another pizza would work, No thanks don't trust 2nd pizzas! But she laughed! Bye!

Normally, I never have a bad word to say about Pini’s Pizzeria but today that Changed
My order was very simple, Boneless buffalo wings with fried breaded mushrooms as a side order
When I got my food The fried mushrooms looked perfect So there was no complaint there, but, When I opened the container of buffalo chicken, I was shocked to find that the chicken looked almost blackened, and it was drowned in buffalo sauce
The chicken was absolutely inedible so I called back and I asked for it to be remade, To their credit they did do that, but, As a person who has worked in the food industry for many years, the cook Should have known better than to Reuse the same oil for what seemed like hours To the point that the chicken Looks like blackened chicken
The first image below is the first buffalo chicken I ordered, Which was blackened The second image is the remade order, which looks perfect

The roasted red peppers with pepperoni pizza is…dare I say…perfect? Recently ordered a sub and that too was delicious. Pini’s is a breath of fresh air/ bite of fresh dough.

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza, and a cheeseburger sub. The pizza was ok. Not great. The major issue was the cheeseburger sub. It was a soggy, sloppy disgusting mess. I couldn't even eat it.
