loved my first experience, was greeted by the owner, the staff was amazing with helping me pick a certain bowl and was a cool place to sit enough the AC, fresh food and music being played while I enjoyed my lunch hour break
Food service work is rough, but it’s unacceptable when a store gets your order incorrect, forces you to drive back, and then makes you feel like the bad guy when you request a refund of your order. If you want the experience of someone spouting at you, “If you want a refund, then give me the bowl back,” this place is for you. In my world, kindness and good service matters.
