Don't ever order delivery from this place. Every time I've ordered from them something has been wrong with my order. Once they put a ton of Thai chilis in when I hadn't asked for it to be added, and most recently they left entire items from my and my partner's order out, including the masago we paid extra for.

This place doesn't really adhere to your order. I ordered specific toppings and add-ons, and I saw the employee moving through the line and not adding some of the things that I had ordered. When I asked about it, their reply was a shrug and an explanation that those ingredients weren't available at the moment.
Some of them were premium and cost extra money, so I wish that they'd said something instead of me having to point it out. I did receive compensation for the premium items that were out of stock, but honestly, I would've just gone somewhere else if I had known that those ingredients weren't available. Not planning to come back here again.

This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered through Uber Eats and paid $25 for this? I ordered 3 proteins and got only 2. Ahi tuna and seaweed salad were completely missing. The bowl was barely half full — this is unacceptable.
They also added mango, which I didn’t order. I have a bad reaction to mango!!
To make it even worse, the lid wasn’t sealed properly, and the sauce spilled all over me.
I demand a full refund.
This was my last order here. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is the worst poke experience of my life. Avoid at all costs. Edamame was mostly chile powder.
We had such a great experience at Pokeworks, and have to give a special shoutout to Zach! He was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely made our day with his positive energy. You can tell he really cares about the customers- he took the time to walk us through the menu and made sure everything was just right with our orders. It’s rare to come across someone that kind, sweet, funny and attentive, and it honestly made our whole meal even better. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but Zach’s amazing customer service is what will keep me coming back. Give that man a raise!! 😊🍣💖
