Bagels were great! This is a bagel shop, not a sandwich shop. Bagels come in bundles of 3, 6, 12, and a smear of you choice. We got the pepper smear, really good! We took it home and assembled a bagel ourselves.

Now I know you are probably thinking, why am I giving two stars when my rating for the place consists of only 1 star? Well, I will tell you. To put it simply, I had placed an order the day before to ensure I could receive the week's limited edition schmears, so I placed my order and moved on with my life, thinking I was getting them. Simply put, I went out of my way to get them. When I walked in, I said I was picking up my order. However, when they brought my order, they informed me that they had been sold out since the previous day. The only reason they are receiving a 2-star review is that they did offer me a refund. But it should have been advertised on the site, or they should have messaged me before coming, cause they did ask for my number and email.

Good and bad: FANTASTIC bagels. Perfectly cooked, soft, good taste. This review would be a solid five stars, however, you are required to buy at least three bagels, and cream cheese is only available in large tubs that could be used across more than three bagels. My order of three bagels and one tub of cream chess was around $25. I wanted to get different varieties of cream cheese for the different bagels I got, but that is not an option without enormous waste and cost. Until they allow you to buy less than three at once, and sell smaller portions of cream cheese, I won't be coming back.

Bagels were toasted, very chewy but not too hard, I liked it’s crispy outside! I’ll recommend the everything flavor. Visited at around 10 on the weekend, there wasn’t a long line, only took 5-10 mins to get the bagels!

Pre-ordered a box and all the spreads for a brunch and the welcoming & friendly staff had everything ready to go at pick-up time. The bagels were still warm and everybody raved about them!

Awesome classic NY-style bagels. These bagels pass the knock test, iykyk. Don't listen to the people saying otherwise. They are pricey if you only buy a few, but otherwise what is cheap these days? Try the salt bagel!
