Unfortunately we could not dine tonight. We picked an hour when the place was practically empty since it was the first time we were going out with our 4 month baby. Super excited, since we love Posto food. We were received by a very no so friendly host (not the usual one) that took us to a seat and told us to put the stroller next to the waiters station and pretty much on the way where the waiters will walk by with food for the tables. We try to accommodate the stroller out of the way but were told not to do it because we will block the next table ( place was pretty empty, 4 pm on Thursday). They offered to move us to the “back room”... we said ok, and then while were starting to set up they suddenly increased the volume of the music in the room. Really felt un-welcome at that point. We decided not worth the fight anymore and decided to leave. We ended up eating in a near by restaurant (great experience) and when we drove by Posto an hour and a half later the place was still empty.

We had a great time last night at Posto. I wish I could remember the name of our server but she was Spanish (I think) with beautiful long black hair. She was super sweet and recommended appetizers. We loved the garlic bread and the fungi pasta was to die for! Thank you!!

Enjoyable spot in assembly row. Felt the menu was pricey for the quality. Pizza dough/crust is great, but the toppings feel a little uncreative and perhaps asynchronous.

Had our Annual Family dinner at Posto. Service was excellent and the food was delicious as always . Our group shared Caesar Salad , Burrata and Octopus . We ordered an eggplant , Cremy and meatball pizza and they all were cooked perfect. Thank you Posto !

I have been to the Posto in Somerville multiple times and the food and atmosphere is to die for. The food at the previous location was amazing. At the new location the atmosphere was decent, but the food quality went downhill. My prosciutto pizza had arugula underneath the prosciutto, making it quite soggy. The prosciutto itself was full slices all over the pizza, meaning each bite I took, I was losing half of the toppings from my slice. It would have been better if it was smaller pieces of prosciutto. My husbands chicken parmesan had full size tomatoes and water all over the plate, not an actual sauce. There was barely any pasta as well. The prices for the food went up and we believe the quality of the food went way down. We don't think we will be returning to the new location.

very VERY noisy. Using mirrors in the criling created echo that magnified the noise from people. I suggest changing and installing something to damp the sound. But for the rest, great food and even better service.

Absolutely terrible experience ordering from Posto. I placed a delivery order through Posto's website and over two hours later it still hadn't arrived. According to the restaurant's tracker, it took over an hour just for the driver to pick up my order.
To their credit, the restaurant offered me a full refund. However, they refused to take any responsibility and tried to blame Doordash. That excuse is unacceptable to me: the order was placed through Posto's website, not through Doordash, so as far as I'm concerned Posto is responsible for what their contractors are doing.
I will not be ordering from them again.

Came here for lunch when this location opened up because someone said the Pizza is top 50 and TikTok was hyping it up. We were seating immediately with friendly service. Ordered the spicy meat lovers pizza and a mushroom pasta. The pizza had good flavor, bit salty, loved the pepper, however the pizza bottom was not crisp but rather soggy and so thin we couldn’t hold the pizza up. At this price, expected more from the pizza. The mushroom pasta was really flavorful and creamy, good breadcrumb texture and would get again. The atmosphere is nice in here with music, they dimmed the lights halfway through our meal, families and bigger groups of people seated too. Overall a good experience and nice addition to Assembly Row. Will come try the drinks here next time.
Edit. Came back bc that mushroom fungi pasta so good. And tried the spicy meat lovers pizza again. It still didn’t hold up structurally but tasted good. Tried the short rib gnocchi but it was so bland and boring total fail Tatte has better short rib down the road. Tried some wines and was happy with the service and atmosphere. Gave one more star for the experience this time around.

Everything about this place is fantastic. The staff is so friendly. I had the best experience with Ezekiel (attentive, professional and funny!) and would recommend sitting at the bar if you want to watch a game AND eat very well. I can’t wait their next location!
