To be fair, we went on Valentine's Day, so some chaos was expected. Waiting 30 minutes for a reserved table wasn't too bad, especially since others waited longer. The food was okay—nothing impressive, but decent. One annoying thing was that they ran out of meatballs and brought us arancini without checking first. Server was very nice, but it seemed she was the only server for about 10 tables. We sat down and 10-15 minutes went by without a hello, a menu, or waters. The food took 30 minutes to come out and the fish was cold when it arrived. Again the waitress was super sweet and apologetic + the live music and ambience was great. Last minute decision and it was a good one. Everything was excellent. Sprouts and meatballs appetizer. Nashville chicken sandwich and chicken parm. Our server was the best. Friendly and helpful. 5 stars.
