Under new ownership post-COVID. The ambiance is still nice, but the menu and recipes have changed. The burgers are very good, but no longer great. The patties are thinner and the signature Blackjack burger is no longer available.

After many years I went back to O’Sullivan. It has new owners and the menu has changed a bit. Hamburgers are fresh and still delicious, chicken sandwich is a whole different thing, fried frozen breaded chicken in very dense, heavy waffles, also frozen, no fresh. I must add the onion rings were done to perfection. Prices still very affordable and the ambiance reflect that quiet and friendly neighborhood vibe OSulli had for many years and people love.

Amazing amazing place. Please for the love of everything go here. The burger was amazing. The chicken wings were amazing. The service was amazing. The second my friend finished their beer the dude got him another one. Just so you guys know, whenever I go somewhere out to eat I almost always get a burger. This burger, is one of a kind. Amazing. Kudos to everyone in this place. Amazing

First of all, burgers are great but not as great as the original long ago... second of all, they never pick up the phone, how on earth can I order if you guys don't pick up. I'm assuming they don't have enough staff but either way, someone needs to answer.Third of all, they need to be a little nicer. I understand you're in a "hurry" and you're "busy" but you don't loudly yell at someone in a small location.. It's rude and embarassing.Lastly, The guy.. spills water all over the floor and my table and cleans 20% of it, meanwhile I have to start wiping it down more and drying off everything.Whoever is the "new owners" need to do a better job at hiring stuff otherwise you're losing business pal. thx

Not gonna lie, the sever forgot our order, came back retook it and then brought me the wrong food. Now most people would be totally turned off by this and not return, but not me! I'd go back again and again, because even though he forgot, he eventually remembered, and then he compensated for it! His customer service skills are really refreshing, his attitude is amazing and the atmosphere there is super welcoming. Nobody to him was a stranger! It was only two people working there and they seem to be super in sync with one another. Awesome team, great service, and when I did get the right food PHENOMENAL! I look forward to visiting again when we come back in the fall!!

Can’t remember the last time I ordered a burger and it came on a cold bun. Not room temperature, fridge cold. That’s how mine arrived at RF O’Sullivan. I agree, the staff and atmosphere are nice, but I feel the food went downhill since it changed owners. You’re a burger place, half the thing is the bun, at least it’s a good Kaiser roll, but having it kinda stale and cold negates that positive.

Disappointing changes since my last visit. Used to be my favorite place to get a burger, everything has gone straight downhill in quality at some point in the last 5-6 years. Stale buns. Bland toppings. Frozen Fries. The bartender was nice at least.
