Who could have thought to put Indian street food and American diner classics together? Loved the ambience and the concept of Indian food slightly altered for the American palate. Had very high expectations. But honestly, wasn’t pleased with the vegan/vegetarian options when Indian food has so many. The dal hummus was basically cooked dal with a few thin fulka slices in the name of rumali roti. No match for actual hummus one would savor to the last bit or to rumali roti we so love. Garlic naan or tandoori roti would’ve been so much better. The avocado toast too...
Quiet here when I went on a rainy Sunday afternoon, but I can absolutely imagine how busy this place can get late at night. They offer just the kind of options you might want after a night out, and then some.
