Service wasn't great. Reserved a table for 10, it was set for 8. It took our server over 10 minutes to greet us. I handed him an empty water pitcher, hoping he'd refill it, but we ended up with empty water glasses instead. Otherwise, the place was nice and food okay.

Love it here. The Fig and Brie appetizer is always a must for us so we started with that. I tried the Crème Brûlée French Toast for the first time and now I'm a fan. Eggy. Creamy. Sweet. So good! I will order that again definitely. My daughter and I each had the margarita flight as well. Each glass is good sized. And the flavors were fun all delicious. Lively atmosphere and good service as always

The dumplings were ok. The chili sauce was good. My guest enjoyed the tuna tartare. The cod special was dry and the mashed potatoes were bland. The green beans were green. Pass

I think we were being served by multiple bartenders instead of just one server so service was a little stilted/disjointed. Food and bevs were great though! The lights were also a lot higher than the last few times Ive been there so it wasn't as cozy of a vibe

The salmon tartare was very tasty but the clam vongole had a lot of sand. Otherwise it was good and I would probably come again.

I had an outstanding experience at Salt & Stone in Assembly Row, and I have to give a special shout-out to Brenda, our waitress, who truly made the night exceptional.
From the moment we sat down, Brenda was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She guided us through the best dishes, made spot-on recommendations, and somehow anticipated everything we needed without ever interrupting the flow of our conversation.
Her timing was perfect, her service was smooth and friendly, and she made us feel genuinely taken care of. You can tell she takes pride in what she does — it elevated the whole dining experience.
The food was delicious as always, but Brenda is what made this visit unforgettable. If you go to Salt & Stone, ask for Brenda, she’s truly the best!

Salt + Stone made our Thanksgiving a breeze! We catered our full Thanksgiving meal from here and everything from the ordering process to the pick up and reheat was so easy! The food was incredible! Some of the best turkey we have ever had. Put my bird from last year to shame. Plenty of food for the whole family! Will absolutely do this again for years to come!

My family came to Cambridge for Thanksgiving and catered Thanksgiving through Salt + Stone. When we ordered Salt + Stone went out of their way to accommodate our kids allergy restrictions and labeled each the containers. The food was delicious, but unfortunately one item was forgotten. When I called on Friday the team was gracious and unprompted responded with over the top generosity to make up for the item. Their service from pick up to response to our missed item reflect a team that really cares. I wish every service business took a page out of Salt + Stones book. Great food and over the top customer service. We will be visiting again in the future and think the world of this place.
