Hostess was cordial and walked us to our table which was on the outskirt. I asked if we could have the table which was next to our table but against the wall. I was informed no because it was reserved for someone else. I said to my husband how would a patron know that the table I wanted was assigned to them? Although our server didn't introduce himself nor did I ask for his name, he was pleasant. He took our drink and appetizer orders. Appetizer I order French onion soup, and my husband ordered clam chowder. Both were served at room temperature; the cheese on my soup was about a 1/4' thick and was not melted. It look like they used a flame blower to brown the thick cut cheese. When our server came to check on us, I informed him the French onion soup was not hot, he offered to get another order, but I said no thank you. Entrees I had the parmesan crusted cod and my husband had the fire roasted salmon. The only thing hot in my entree was the cod fish, the mashed potatoes and asparagus were room temperature, the salmon I assumed cooled down because of the mango salsa which was cold and served on top of the salmon. The red potatoes and asparagus for the salmon dish was also room temperature. For dessert we ordered the apple strudel, which was very good. When the server brought the bill he stated he felt bad about the French onion soup and stated the dessert was on him of which he did not have to do. I thank him, and although our experience was not good we still left a 20% tip because throughout our experience he was kind to us. THE TABLE I REQUESTED WAS NEVER OCCUPIED THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE.

Appetizers and entrees all served simultaneously together. Our table of 4 was instantly packed with 3 apps and 4 entrees. Our waiter couldn't understand the problem (language barrier, but he was trying hard and every response was “my pleasure”). I asked for a manager who explained that the kitchen was too busy to pace things. But 50% of the tables were empty. This just-ok place offers just-ok food, helped down by decent drinks. It's a slight improvement on the Bennigans/Houlihans model but just slight. $300+ dinner for 4, which was 6 drinks, 3 apps and 4 entrees of burgers/ flatbread. 1 and done.

I've been to this restaurant a lot—probably 20+ times—and usually love it. Even when I come alone and sit at the bar, it's always a good experience. But tonight was really disappointing. We had a 5:00 reservation on Saturday. Showed up on time, left around 6:15. At first, things were fine—our server brought water, then two canned beers (no glasses), then came back with glasses and took our food order (a chowder and two appetizers). After that, he just disappeared. The restaurant wasn't busy at all—plenty of staff were standing around chatting—so it didn't feel like he was too busy, more like he just forgot about us. By 5:30 our waters were empty, we wanted another round of beers, and the table needed clearing. But there was no way to get help. I even thought about calling the front desk to ask for our server, which is pretty ridiculous. By 6:00 the place started filling up, and our server finally reappeared. We ordered one more beer but skipped more food since we had already waited too long, and then just asked for the check. To be fair, he was nice and polite, so I don't think he's a bad server overall—but the service tonight was really bad. The restaurant itself is still good, and I'll be back—just hoping next time goes better.

Bolognese with warm burrata is the best! Even when I eat the leftovers at night, it is still so good. The crab cake is also delicious, the pineapple salsa is super refreshing and pairs well with the crab cakes. The lobster roll is nice, but the side pickle is even better. The steak tip is tender and umami. It's a great spot for lunch in Assembly. Definitely recommend!

Ps. I've also appreciated how they split the pasta dish into two servings when I mentioned it was for sharing. I just expected a serving spoon. It really made my life easier. How generous and thoughtful of them!

Best blood orange mimosa I ever had. Food overpriced. When asked for a window seat we were told no needed reservations
It was afternoon time and even after we left no one had sat in those empty seats

I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was disgusting! No flavor, full of white rice and honestly tasted like cafeteria food! The tater tots tasted like frozen food. Would not recommend for brunch.

The food was delicious and the staff were pleasant. We came once and that first experience was amazing had to come back four more times after, because our experience was so good. Serving time for the meals were very timely. I would recommend anyone to visit this restaurant, it's one of the best spots in Somerville/ Boston

This restaurant is very cute, had really high hopes. The drinks were good! There was even one I wasn’t crazy about, and the waitress took it back. The food wasn’t great. The nachos were really soggy and sparse, hard to eat. The hummus plate didn’t really have much hummus on it. Random items that didn’t feel like you could actually consume the plate. The Brie cheese appetizer was good, but lacked flavor. The AC wasn’t working and it was extremely warm, but management and waitress were apologetic. I’d come back again for a drink I think!

The ambience in this place is amazing! There is an indoor seating as well as an outdoor seating in a tent ! Lovely place for a special occasion! The prices were typical to what one would expect in an upscale restaurant!
