Really tasty vegetarian fast food, lots of good fried options. They serve Tender chicken, which I highly recommend trying if you’re from out of town.
Wow, this place was weird. Went in on a Friday night girlfriend ordered the French onion burger I ordered the caulifalafel sandwich immediately after the cashier tells the cook on duty we heard a sigh then a very condescending “of course” ok bro. I asked the cashier what they had for drinks and she just pointed to the chalk board with the beers and drinks on it so I asked what they had for soft drinks and she pointed to the board again, the soft drink section was covered by a board with their specials on it so I moved the board to see the sodas, because I guess she didn’t want to say they had Coke Diet Coke and water?? Her and the cook were loudly gossiping and I got to say, I think the cook should peruse a career in the music industry by the way he was obnoxiously loud belting out the songs he was playing on his speaker. But yeah service was non existent, as for the food it’s overhyped overpriced vegetarian crap you could make better at home.

Good place. Nice people
Typical millennial “eatery” that started with 3 college buds with “a crazy idea.” Serving you mid-food with expensive prices that’s supposedly “crafted” instead of cooked. If you’re into this type of vibe, you can happily empty your wallet here. Thankfully the wooden barstools were not metal and the music wasn’t Cage the Elephant on loop.

Food and hospitality is top notch. They vibe in the kitchen and the staff are all amazing! Even friendly to Philadelphians like us! If you want good vegan or vegetarian food, go here next time around.

I came by around 8:30 pm today and there was no staff in the building. I’m sure they were open because I saw people eating. I stood around for 5 or 10 minutes before giving up and leaving. There’s no phone number listed so I couldn’t call.
I added a photo because I didn’t think anyone would believe me otherwise 😅

We were hungry while visiting Bow Market and Saus caught out eye. We got a large poutine with kimchi topping and the Sommerville Dip. They came out in about 15ish minutes. Both were great! The Sommerville Dip was a bit too salty for my taste - the sandwich and dip were both salty by themselves so the combination can be too salty for some.
This next part is more of a general comment for Bow Market but it was very hard for us to find seats as there were lots of visitors to the market that weekend. I also don't recall any seating inside Saus itself (or any of the other eateries).
Vegetarian options: Awesome vegan options!

Never been able to try anything here because they’re always out of half the menu. Service also isn’t good, seems like no one wants to be there and they make it known

Overpriced, not fresh junk food. I wish there were more vegan places so I’m glad this option exists, but it is always my last choice at bow.
Got fries and a few dipping sauces. Fries were completely cold. I picked up my order within a minute of getting the text that it was ready, so they shouldn’t have been sitting around long. Sauces were tasty and fries seem like they’d be good if they were fresh… but they weren’t.
