Food and hospitality is top notch. They vibe in the kitchen and the staff are all amazing! Even friendly to Philadelphians like us! If you want good vegan or vegetarian food, go here next time around.
We were hungry while visiting Bow Market and Saus caught out eye. We got a large poutine with kimchi topping and the Sommerville Dip. They came out in about 15ish minutes. Both were great! The Sommerville Dip was a bit too salty for my taste - the sandwich and dip were both salty by themselves so the combination can be too salty for some.

The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was cute. Really really appreciate the time and artistry put into their menu on the wall. Plenty of outdoor seating, which was perfect with the beautiful weather.
I'm giving the "food" section of this review 4 stars just because the french fries are that good. I regret not trying the poutine, but the fries alone were fantastic.
