We loved the vegetarian ramen here!! Perfect springy noodles in a rich mushroom broth. They added arugula which created a great and unexpectedly spicy taste. It is rare to find such satisfying vegetarian ramen. We also had the Dreamy Clouds Sake. Delicious meal. We will be back!

If you're looking for some good veggie ramen you can stop your search here. This place has the best vegetarian ramen options in town (and darn good non-veggie options as well). I've been coming here for several years and they've been consistently modifying their menu and ramen profiles, achieving new improvements with each menu refresh. You won't be disappointed.

Got this for takeout yesterday as we were craving ramen and wanted to try out a new place! Food was really good and tasty, only thing I didn't like was that the food wasn't served in bowls that were ready to eat from. We had to pour the noodles and broth into our own bowls. Small problem, I know. Quality and tastiness is a high 10/10 and well definitely be back!

We enjoy hanging out. Yesterday we went to this magnificent restaurant which friends told us about. We had a delightful time there with fine dishes and a courteous team and an impressive chief cook. We added this place in our list and we shall definitely visit again soon. We highly recommend.

I got takeout from Snappy Kitchen today and it was excellent! I got the Japanese noodles also a “Tuna gone wild” roll. I called in advance and it was ready when I got there. It’s Japanese owned and operated and authentic as you can get. Highly recommended

Thank you Snappy Kitchen for supporting BMC Emergency Department Health Care Workers with ramen meals delivered weekly. Everyone loves the ramen!

Nice ramen spot in Davis Square! I ordered the miso ramen, and I loved the way the egg and the meat were cooked. The broth was also very rich and flavorful. The decor was industrial with brick and metal, and I liked how the kitchen was open for everyone to see inside.

Great ramen. The thin noodles are amazing. Veg and spicy options as well as traditional

Snappy but its only been in my life is that I think it's the same purpose I dont even if I was a fan but not sure how it was supposed and a great deal either

Meh is about what I can say about this place. Service was incredibly slow; we were there for about an hour before we got our main dish. They apologized and were still very friendly, but still would not say it was worth it. The place itself isn't that large, so with an open-style kitchen, you really have to wonder what they're doing since most customers weren't getting their food in a hurry. The food itself was very sub-par, and not what you'd think of when you think about ramen. They're trying to do something very different by having a very thick consistency to their sauces (think sausage gravy). At the end of the day, the noodles were good, but the sauce was really not that flavorful. Two of us didn't feel great after eating it; so combined with the slow service would not recommend.

Worst ramen and service ever.. I called, no one answered, ordered online and when I got there, wasn’t ready..took 40 min..only two people working..waitress and the food prep guy who is also the dish washer and stock guy...I watched him cleaning while my order had not even been started yet, 20 min after ordering that is..waitress and hostess, one person, had told me it’s being prepped and should be ready shortly...all that before he even started filling in the order.. I watch the noodles in the carry out containers sit getting cold before you even bothered to prep the broth. The broth was not even 1 cup worth of broth and barely covered the Ramen. And it was lukewarm .I watched people at the restaurant bring served a giant bowl of broth, mine was barely one cup. by the time I poured the Luke warm broth over the already cold noodles, I needed to reheat my soup. If I wanted reheated soup, I would just open the package. I paid $18 for a soup that wasn’t even half the size of the bowl they serve at the restaurant. I don’t know about everybody else but when you pay $18 for soup, you expect more than one and a half cups of soup including the Ramen ...I don’t know if it’s different when you sit there and eat but I know that I will never order from them ever nor will I ever recommend them. this was my first time ordering and it will also be the last one. I’ve had ramen a lot and this by far is the worst I’ve had.

I'm giving this place 5 stars because their Negi was the exact comfort food I needed after a cold night and long weekend working: velvety smooth with just the right amount of toppings and perfectly salted. My waiter was polite, very helpful and perfectly understood that I wanted to sit in silence with my lovely little bowl. I was not impressed when the place opened a few years ago but I've come around. Worth checking out if you're nearby and very hungry!

No. I used to come here often but the last time I went everything was different and at this point I don't plan on returning. As a few other people mentioned the broth is now so thick that you cannot drink it. Like the texture of a butternut soup. Not broth really at all. The noodles are also different and the chicken in my ramen was not good. What happened here???! Get it together! This place is not going to stay in business the way things are going.

This place is great! No complaints. Super tasty ramen, nice and attentive wait staff. I like that they serve lamplighter beers (there's also Sapporo and various wines). With the new location, there's more seating too, so getting a table has been fast. And the menu has expanded, like the restaurant itself, with new ramen dishes on the menu. I've been working my way through it, and my favorite so far is the chicken tan tan. It's rich and flavorful with a good variety of vegetables and ground chicken.
