My new fav spot in the city!! Front of house created a warm, sweet, and cozy dining experience and the tiny but mighty kitchen crew completely changed how I think about mushrooms. Go here now and bring friends and dates!!! Everyone will love you for it.
I keep coming back because it’s so tasty. The eggplant dip. The confit fish. The fennel fenugreek sorbet. The seasonal items. The wine.
Also, I appreciate how the staff are actually kind. I like to drink in moderation - 1 glass, 2 at most - so I appreciated that the waitress offered a sample pour before I committed. And I appreciated that there was no pressure to drink more and more. It is also generally welcome and diverse. I feel at home.

Mostly excellent food and pleasant helpful staff. Crowded and noisy. Great wine. The food I wouldn't recommend are the mushrooms which were very plain and the tiramisu which was overpowered by the floral orange petal. The lamb was okay. The enoki (sic?), beets, barley ice cream, kale salad, burrata were very good and worth repeating
