Disappointing Experience
My daughter earned a free coffee coupon from Starbucks after playing a game, and she was extremely excited to go redeem the drink she earned. Unfortunately, our experience at this location was very disappointing.
When we arrived, the barista asked for the coupon and scanned it, then said it was not working. She called the manager, who arrived after about 10 minutes. The manager then asked for my daughter’s Starbucks account QR code. When he scanned it, nothing showed—likely because the coupon had already been scanned earlier by the barista, but the drink was never given.
The manager then asked to see the email. The email clearly stated that the offer needed to be validated by January 11, and that the coupon would expire one month after validation. However, without reading the details carefully, the manager insisted that the offer had already expired on January 11.
As a result, my daughter—who was so proud and happy to redeem something she earned—left the store without the free drink. This was upsetting and could have been handled much better, especially for a child.
I hope Starbucks provides better training on digital offers and shows more care when situations like this arise.

I tip cash and still get terrible service here 50% of the time and I'm getting tired of it. Should have taken my dollar back and put her name RIGHT HERE.

I mean… it’s a Starbucks. But very small. Not many tables. And when we went an employee was taking up one so nowhere to sit.

Came in today for the $3 offer and as I was giving my order, the employee walked away and into the back room. When she came back she was extremely rude. I’ve been coming here for years and have never been treated so badly. This employee should not be working here dealing with customers. The other employee just watched on as she acted like this and never tried to fix the situation. Terrible customer service.

I am a company critic in Massachusetts. Parking will be difficult in terms of finding one because there’s a lot going around outside, confusing to know where to park. It was not busy as much when I entered in. There is no automatic door for those who need it. Free WIFI is here as well, can be a bit slow. Music is playing. It is a small little coffee shop.
There is limited seating. Luckily I got a seat. The seating cushion does feel a bit hard. A charging port is located underneath the bench seats. The table seemed a bit dirty with little crumbs. It is not the typical wooden material…but still kept a napkin underneath. It is odd in a way for employees to use the customers space area to sit or placing their personal items on one table.
The employees kept busy which I liked seeing keeping things organized and not fooling around. I did see one wiping the counter up front where customers order. There is no restroom. Pick up is available.

I went today to Starbucks to buy a dragon drink and it just taste like water , I asked the young girl but she seems mad or like annoy to attend clients I heard this Starbucks doesn’t know how to do drinks but I didn’t wanted to be rude because she was giving me faces

Asked for a frozen pineapple passionfruit lemonade and got half juice half foam. Went back to have them re do it , even showed the guy what it’s supposed to look like . Messed it up again. Asked for a refund and guy was surprised since he said that’s how it’s done . Clearly they don’t know how to make drinks at this Starbucks so I gave up . It’s supposed to be a frozen drink / slushy not half foam half juice . Unbelievable . I wasn’t the only person whose orders they were messing up .
