Asked for a frozen pineapple passionfruit lemonade and got half juice half foam. Went back to have them re do it , even showed the guy what it’s supposed to look like . Messed it up again. Asked for a refund and guy was surprised since he said that’s how it’s done . Clearly they don’t know how to make drinks at this Starbucks so I gave up . It’s supposed to be a frozen drink / slushy not half foam half juice . Unbelievable . I wasn’t the only person whose orders they were messing up .

It's extremely inhumane to force a single parent to make their child subject their insecure baristas problems and cause my 10 yr old a complex. He said Mamma I don't want to get older I see how people treat you. Not only has my son witness me Apologize for something I don't even know what I did but they go to great lengths to make sure I'm not allowed in the store and my son now feels a type of way with human society because he sees how regular people Treating a struggle in parent who's trying their best something so Petty. How does the actual owner feel? What if his child was treated and was subjected a certain way because of adults Who cannot work in the food industry with the public . Really inforces my complex ptsd

There's a young lady who works there who just doesn't like my face .. sorry but I've been part of this community for 50 years , I'm not a weirdo, as she said under her breath..I don't know why but this young lady was deliberately ignoring me and helping others that ordered after. There was no mistake, I made it clear the drink was sitting there, even the other employee gave her an odd look..she says she put in a shot, she didn't

I don’t write many reviews but this has been going on the last few weeks. Baristas are really friendly etc but I like to get a coffee before I work on Friday nights and the last few weeks I’ve gone around 715pm and they have been closed. Their hours say they close at 730pm. I get if they wanna get out early esp in non busy hours but kinda annoying

I came into the store with my own cup and they were happy to explain how that would work. They were so nice and it was fast and efficient service.Vegetarian options: There are food and drink options that are vegetarian friendly. There's always the option to opt out of the cow's milk and go for oat milk.Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly because there are caffeine free drinks and snacks for kids to order.Parking: There's parking right out front.Wheelchair accessibility: Its wheel chair accessible because there's no step to get inside and the cash register is accessible.Dietary restrictions: There's are options on the menu if someone has dietary restrictions.
