The WORST service! Three girls and I get the one with earbuds in moving at a snailspace on purpose, with a bad attitude. No more Starbucks I'm done. $12 for a small tea and CakeP no receipt, hire barristers not children when charging that much. DUNKIN FROM NOW ON. I'M DONE WITH THIS STARBUCKS GHETTO ATTITUDE.

Espresso machine has been out of order for weeks now
Espresso machine has been broken for a month. Staff does not know when it might be fixed. Hard to give a place that specializes in lattes anything more than 1 star if they can’t make lattes.
