I live in Assembly Row and frequent this Starbucks often as well as other coffee shops in the area. Unfortunately the consistency in how my drink comes out is never the same. I would expect better from a chain like Starbucks that should have the same quality across all locations. Medford Station Landing doesn't seem to have trouble with this when I visit their location. Service is always great though as far as how I have been treated and it is always clean.

I visited this Starbucks location recently and had a very disappointing experience. I needed to use the restroom urgently, but an employee stopped me and insisted I make a purchase first. While I understand there may be store policies in place, the way it was handled felt rude and unnecessary—especially considering it was an urgent need.
What bothered me most was the tone and attitude. It made me question whether this interaction had anything to do with how I look, and that’s something no customer should ever have to wonder. I’ve been a regular Starbucks customer for a long time and use the app frequently, but this experience left a very bad impression.
As a result, I’ve deleted the Starbucks app and will be taking my business elsewhere. Thankfully, there are plenty of other cafés with good coffee and respectful service. Very disappointed.
When you go to assembly and it’s raining outside, best place to have a hot coffee in cozy atmosphere

my friend and i were unsure what to order and were just probably a little difficult LOL. Nick, who took our order was super helpful and nice to us. He was assisting a new team member navigate the POS while helping us figure out our orders, top notch.

Went in and grabbed my drinks around 10am. I think they shocked the espresso in my iced espresso because it tasted bitter. They are usually really awesome when making drinks just want to give feedback when it doesn’t meet the standard they usually meet. Keep up the good work :)

Service is terrible
Food is made so lackluster I was baffled, My toddler usually loves their food but she kept asking me why it tasted so bad. “ Which is totally unlike her”
I saw a worker scratch their butt with no gloves then proceeded grab a lid to my drink with the same hand then set my drink in the to go area.
On a side note, another day I came in to grab a coffee for my walk then came back to use the bathroom an hour later and said I needed to buy something to use it.
