Staff has been super friendly everytime I've visited in the morning. To have such an upbeat attitude so early is impressive. Never have had any problem with an order either. Coffee is always on point. Great job guys!

Great, reliable coffee, atmosphere, and internet. But all the baked goods are shelf-stable, factory produced, wrapped in plastic, and (probably) weeks old. And tastes like that. My advice: enjoy the coffee, skip the food.

Placed a mobile order consisting of a flat white and a chocolate croissant, unfortunately the chocolate croissant was sold out but I was given a free item of my choice in addition to a $4 gift card; other than that my overall experience in this store was good.

Super friendly staff and always great coffee ☕️. I had the dragonfruit. Yummy ?
I grew up in Arlington and decided to move back with my fiancé 2 years ago. Since moving I’ve been a daily customer at Starbucks on broadway in Arlington. When I began coming this “manager” named Ben would be there daily. He would constantly give me a cold attitude and no greeting. Because I was there for the coffee and not him I would just ignore it. As time went on multiple instances happened where he would go out of his way to target me while I was there. Just to name one scenario I came in one day and as I’ve mentioned I’m there EVERYDAY. Since I’m a regular a lot of the other baristas/ other managers and I have formed great relationships as acquaintances exchanging plans for the weekend and asking about each others days. One day I came in there was one croissant left and it was just before closing a kind employee asked if I would like the last croissant after ordering and waiting for my drink. Ben notices that this croissant doesn’t have a order sticker on it and began to call me out Infront of the whole store, customers, workers, everyone. He proceeded in his loudest and most condescending tone saying that if I wanted something I had to buy it and gave me the dirtiest looks. Mind you I did not as a customer ask for any free items or special treatment this was offered to me by a barista that works there. In fear of getting the barista in trouble I apologized and let the situation go. Another instance is when I had an important phone call that I was waiting for and unfortunately they called while I was waiting for my order. My phone had some water damage so I had to place it on speaker to hear what the person was saying. Mind you it’s mid day in Starbucks everyone’s having their own conversation, music is going, it’s just loud overall. He is making his coffees and look at me and says “you need to turn that off” I’m appalled at this point because this isn’t my first run in with him and I can see at this point he is grasping at strings. I didn’t reply I simply told the person I was on the phone with id call them back, got my drink, and left. This is just a couple problems I’ve had with him and there are many. Like I said I’m on good terms with other baristas and managers (mostly all) multiple of them have expressed how hard it is to work under him and how unkind he can be. I genuinely feel bad for some of the great people who had to work with him in Arlington. I hope he is better in Assembly! ☮️?

The people here are great. Restroom code is 123 I think, there was someone on drugs last time I was there but they give the code to everyone so I don't understand why it's locked?

The staff here were exceedingly nice!I was getting my regular Starbucks order, plus an extra croissant for my sister. Unfortunately, they only had one left, but they let me know and offered to replace it with a cookie. I didn't really mind but then they gave me not one but two cookies! And a $4 gift card! It was very kind of them.

This Starbucks gets SUUUPER busy (especially on weekends omg) but their coffee / mobile orders are on point!! Nothing has ever disappointed me from there especially when I do my complex mobile orders with specific ingredients and add-ins LOL.

Barista put some kind of berry syrups in my coffee instead of white chocolate sauce. On another occasion, barista forgot to put milk in. Staff was nice and fixed my order quickly when I informed them. Otherwise the shop is clean with good parking and seating but it's very loud so not the best if you want to sit down and do work.
Very good service
