I faced issues with my orders including incorrect charges & missing items. Despite repeated attempts to resolve through customer service,phone calls & in-person visit,my concerns weren’t addressed.

I use to go there and get ice water for 30¢.They later increased the price to 75¢ and only small cups.Clearly the ppl in charge in this train city franchise chose GREED than peacefully hydrating those that were financially disadvantaged.Mind you, I'd get the occasional coffee but once I told them how precious water was they increased the price of water.Knowing the disadvantaged are forced to purchase TAP WATER really speaks volumes of this covetous Starbucks because all but this one isn't compassionate enough to provide something as simple as H²O.A COMPANY UNWILLING TO CARE IS UNWILLING TO LOVE

Updating a previously review they got three stars a star for every day Maritza is working she is quick she talks and she smiles other than thatNo one smiles there...also after you pay and get my drink I was told there is no crunch for my caramel ribbon crunch drink.would not have ordered and waited for it
