This my favorite subway ... I travel an extra few miles for it. The staff are all really good. Also this shop kept accepting my paper coupons -- after Medford and Malden did not. So I am grateful enough to make the trip even now. I'd be a regular again if I didn't have to go online.

Ordered Uber Eats and sandwich was completely wrong - over half the ingredients weren’t included, and I was shocked at how sparse the ingredients they deigned to add were….I got a VEGGIE sandwich and they included like two olives. Definitely avoid this location.

Basically every time I go I get misgendered. No one who works here is happy, so they probably aren't treated very well. I keep saying I'll stop going back, but then I want two meals for one trip and there we go again.

I ordered two subs both with Italian herbs and cheese bread and they give me plain bread and the plain bread was coming apart. Couldn’t even eat it. I have to trash the food. I called the restaurant three time. No one picked up. This is the second time it happened to me . Both of the sub were disgusting. Please do not eat from this subway restaurant. Thank you

Ordered a foot long and it completely fell apart on me. Spilled everything on it on the floor couldn't even enjoy the sub I paid for. Will NEVER order from here again and I advise others to do the same

Really is probably one of the saddest subways I've been to... Such a shame cause I love subway. Coke was flat, bread was dry/stale, tomatoes and spinach were mushy and past due .. service was ok I guess, slow. Such a shame cause it is closest to me.

It’s been taking so long for my order to arrive I ordered at 8 and it seems like these delivery people or whatever neglected my order I have been waiting for over and hour for my order to arrive. What place takes an hour to prepare and deliver a sandwich? Don’t go here. Save your money

(Edit: They just cancelled my order after waiting for so long never ordering or entering this store ever again)
