This location always has some of the most unfriendly staff. They are never happy if you order from here. Even if they are sitting idle when you go in, they will make faces and you can see on their face that you are disturbing them by ordering. The most stingiest staff ever. They will give you just the empty bread if they can. Even after asking them to add things, they'll just ignore or put in like 2 leafs of spinach and be done. Good luck if you want to add parmesan, they'll protect it like it's gold! It is unfortunate there is no other subway location nearby. Staff wasn't happy that we ordered it through the curbside pick-up. The reason was that we placed a mobile order while they were busy with other customers inside the store. We placed an order 45 minutes ahead for scheduled pick-up. Won't come back to this location after giving us a big grumpy attitude.

FUNGUS and mold on their food, I got this Sandowch today and it smelled so bad as I took as bite. I opened it and found fungus and mold and discoloration all over my veggie patty. The employ who made it didn’t see this either? Who cleans and stocks the food? Do they even have health inspection?? I’ve never experienced such a disgusting encounter at any subway or fast food restaurant. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN UNLESS U WANT FOOD POISONING ???????
After months and months and months of the drink machine not working they got a new one. But there’s no ice and the syrups are off and unbalanced. They taste bad and aren’t cold.

Sometimes I like the nostalgia of a mediocre Subway sandwich, but the fives-and-ones split on this place was really spooking me. Recently, I decided to get over myself, show up hungry and off a beer (as is customary for a Subway run), and get some takeout to eat in the park.The good:- sandwich chef was fast/friendly enough- same acceptable, spongy, slightly sweet bread- same average iceberg/average tomato/average toppings, all of them freshThe bad:- only some of the menu is posted - I honestly thought Italian Trio had been discontinued (maybe I'm bad at reading but I could swear I didn't see it there)- really stingy meat/cheese portions, like "am I at an airport?" level stingy. Not gonna blame anyone at this location yet - IDK if this is location specific or franchise guidelines. In any case, my six inch cold cut combo had like, three half slices of bologna and two half slices of provolone on it. Gonna see if the other nearby location does me better.Overall, it's....Subway. It was never fine dining and I was full enough off the sandwich I had, even if it was meh. Is it worth it? If you're very hungry and Tenoch/Anna's/places in Magoun are convenient to you, no. If you need a quick snack and don't want to spend the $17 for sandwich/tax/tip at Dave's, maybe!Three stars. It's Subway. Nothing shocking is happening here.

ON NOTICE: To the Owner of this franchise. Food administration has been informed.VEGGIES, are spoiled and not good and are still being sold for profit. Food poisoning, One server is the manager and "she" is not filling the sandwiches properly for what all us people are paying for because she is being told by the owner she will profit herself by selling less food product to the public.... SCAM, people money.... I always go to this subway because they a local to my location but No-one Deserves to be poisoned and scammed for there money...... You've been put on notice by the food administration.

I came in and ordered 6 sandwiches online for takeout and the sandwiches were made horribly, as some parts were uncooked, as I asked the lady to double toast it, she explained to me that it would break their machine, when I've had it done in previous locations.

This location is getting way better than past. I see one employee in night sift. She is very nice. I live near by here & because of work I usually get late in night. I like to eat hot right away, many time I reached here around 8:45 and this nice girl let me seat in restaurant and let me eat my sub in restaurant only. Some times because of me she close 5-7 min late. Who does these thing in this real world Who ?Very few and she is one of them.On basis of my experience the staff is changed and one of the best location in this area to go and grab your sub.
