My second time going to this location. Each experience with the young gentleman who services me was deplorable at the least . I will never step foot in that establishment again.
I asked him if something was wrong for the reason he was treating me the way he did.
I began to place my order and stayed vegetarian and if you had fresh lettuce. This was at 9am one would think since it’s early the lettuce shouldn’t be so brown as if it was days old . He said no, I suggested you should have fresh lettuce when making salads .
I decided not to purchase or deal with anyone who displays customer service like he did with me.

Always fast and good. They recently updated their soda fountain. Space is currently a bit more crowded (looked like they were waiting for their old beverage cooler to get hauled away so it's by the door). Staff is always friendly.
Take note that while this location accepts most coupons, they don't take the buy one, get one free type.

Turbo experience at the subway. Had placed the order on DoorDash sure enough the first Dasher got there and ended up taking the food, after reaching out to DoorDash for the issue they had replaced the order with subway, however subway refused to make the order for another three door Dashers. Wouldn't waste your time here

First time I have genuinely not liked a subway sandwich. Ingredients look way past their prime and the entire thing had a very off putting chemical taste to it.

They underfill their sandwiches, a lot, at least if you get pick-up/delivery. Asked for spinach, there were literally 4 pieces on a 6” sub. The rotisserie chicken had maybe 4-5 pieces in a single row. The last inch was just bread. It’s worse when you get a BOGO order thru the app, they try to screw you on fillings so they don’t lose money on the coupon. Do yourself a favor and order from the other Somerville location.

Had a a horrible experience with the Manager. Placed a sandwich for pickup through the app, got there and sandwich was gone. I notified the employee behind the counter, who then brought the manager out. Before I could even say anything the manager came out and literally yelled “this is your fault” ?!? I was so taken aback- totally uncalled for. He claimed it was my fault someone stole the sandwich that I paid for because I placed the order for pickup at 2:05 and got there at 2:20. He yelled “this is your fault two times”, never apologized, and just walked away. The employee behind the counter remade my sandwich. Will not be coming back
