Sunday night July 16 th , employees too busy talking to each other in their language ,on top of that not even listen to what kind of bread gave me wrong bread ,wasn't listening to what I'm telling her I want on my sandwich mean while the ceiling leaking right onto where the prep area is ,left her gloves on while taking my money.. definitely not going to this subway again...oh yeah and when I asked for mozzarella cheese she said they didn't have it when I could see it ....I went here 5 yrs ago it there soda machine been out of order since then seems like it still a sign on it SMH

This particular store is not designed for a family "dine in" atmosphere. Which is to say get your sandwiches and get moving. Its high paced and can get crowded rather quickly. This did not affect the quality or service at all during my visit. As i watched on the employees were unbeatable and seem to smile even more as customers provided a number difficult requests and at a pretty annoying rate and speed. I was impressed by the amount of professionalism and patience displayed by the 2 working yesterday.

Ordered a custom tuna sandwich. What I got was one of their regular tuna sandwiches with like every topping in it and practically no sauce. Very disappointed

The workers there will mess up your order on purpose and work as slow as they can. Customer service is the worst. Told me to boycott the Subway.

This is a terrible place to go. My order was messed up twice. No apologizes for messing up my order. The workers were not professional. I always have something missing or not properly done. Terrible customer service and disrespect from Ernesto.

This Location is never open on time. They are suppose to be open now. The door is locked, but it’s listed online as if it’s open now. Big inconvenience specially with the high prices of gas!

I know it's a Subway, so expectations aren't especially high, but this is the worst subway around. I ordered 3 subs. Meatball melt, a steak melt, and a cold cut combo. The meatball, and steak were supposed to be grilled. Not only were they not grilled, but the bread in all 3 sandwiches was stale. The toppings on the steak melt where all lumped in one place on the sandwich. It was a sloppy, disgusting mess. As far as the cold cut combo, it's supposed to come with ham, salami, and bologna. I ordered double meat. They made it with extra meat, but it was ALL bologna. So they basically made me a bologna sandwich. I'm assuming it costs them less for the bologna, so I just feel ripped off. These people just don't seem to care about their customers. They just want to take yoyr money, and don't care if they make a good product. I've ordered from them before, and had similar problems, so this isn't a one off. This was my last time giving these incompetent people my money. Stale bread, sloppy sandwiches, and not giving the customers what they pay for. Never again.
