Boylston St.is the absolute best SG location! Everything tastes absolutely incredible every time, so big kudos to the cooks! The service is top notch. Everybody greets me with a smile and make me feel welcome regardless of how busy they are. They are so kind and helpful, always eager to serve. Gustavo, Wilda, Rachel, Shailyn, Wendy, Yari, Clara, Saidelisa, Jesus, Neri, and all the kitchen staff go out of their way every time to provide customers with the best takeout experience. Thank you all so much!

I totally enjoyed the salad! Fresh, delicious and healthy, I would highly recommend this place!! Spicy cashew sauce with Ranch combo was too good.

Honestly they always mess up my order somehow and I'm tired of it. Too bad since the food is decent, but I seem to have been stiffed some of my protein this time as well! Since Boston suburb Sweetgreens stress me out, they're off my list and I will just have to look for something else to eat when I'm in these mall areas

I'm shocked this place is in business. Completely worst service ever and they BLAST club music inside and outside. So unnecessary for a place serving salad. I would hate to be a resident on property.

Got the Harvest Bowl. It was rly tasty!! Not sure how often I’d pay $14++ for a nutritious salad but overall review: -

Friendly staff, but that's where the positives end. What I don't like and what surprises me every time I visit this chain: the portion sizes of all items vary greatly! At this location, they gave me very little meat, and when I asked for a normal portion, they requested an additional payment, even though at other locations they always serve more. I do not recommend this place…

Got their fish taco bowls. The food tasted good but that bowl is 90% just arugula and the green salad. The salmon pieces are really small. For $18, it's not a good deal.

I've been here before and received an excellent product and service, specifically now, I ordered the new KALE CÉSAR dish and the guy was assembling it wrong, changing items that weren't on the menu, so I asked for it to be remade, and I had to answer a call, I got my I ordered and left, and I checked, they gave me a completely different order, as I was on time, like that. Train employees better, it is very bad to receive something different from what was requested.
