Ordered takeout a few times from this place and I love it! I’ve had the chicken tacos, chicken burritos and churros. So so good! Good price and fast service. Highly recommend!!

First time as an adult going to this location, went way back when I was kid. The layout is completely different. We walked in and stood in front of the food area and no one helped us or even bothered to say hello. We stood there for a few minutes before we saw a line begin to formulate near the cashier. We moved since no one was attending us, waited in line for this woman picture below to say I don’t handle the food I just do the money. She said we had to go back, that’s fine… our order gets put in, The same woman is preparing a to go order and she’s speaking with us…. So she does handle food instead of taking just orders. That’s fine. We asked her name cause she was very rude and sarcastic she said I don’t need to tell you. I took a picture and she said that’s illegal, when I snapped the photo for the purpose of this review. There was a miscommunication and I had to be charged twice, I asked for my receipts she said I had that option on the screen. If I would have known that, I would have selected that option, no need for that comment. On the receipt it said Maritza but she said that’s not her name, I’d like to speak to the manager. She called my mom ignorant and she was speaking trash about us in Spanish to her coworkers not thinking we could speak it… unprofessional

This place is a tourist trap. Not a lot of flavor. Stingy on meat, like it tastes soggy and boiled. The sauces are diluted. The employees are overworked but nice people. This is my opiniom for the burrito bowls here. As someone who has visited this place for over two years. I like the other bigger mexican restaurant.
A total hidden gem. Very authentic. Awesome tacos, bigger than expected menu, and reasonable prices. Nothing not yo like about this place and I totally recommend it for lunch or a casual dinner

I called earlier to make a pick up order. They had me wait on the phone for over 10 minutes then they hang up my call. I called Jalisco Restaurant, my order was taken immediately. I am never getting food from this awful place again.
